Finding Opaekaa Falls is easy due to the abundance of prominently placed road signs and paths that are safe and easy to walk, even for families with young children. One of the most easily-accessible major waterfalls in Kauai, the falls present an impressive, consistent flow of water tumbling from over 150 feet high.

The only navigable rivers in Hawaii are in Kauai, and Wailua is widely considered one of the best! Stretching over 20 miles long, guests have a variety of options for exploring the tropical river.
