nice spot!
Yes the place could do with some renovations but everything works, it is well stocked and the location is perfect. You are on the water without hordes of people walking by. A great bargain really!

march 2026 visit
Can't get any closer to the ocean. Great view. Some road noice, but overall very quiet, and very relaxing. Slight musty smell in bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

loved this place, a definite keeper.
This was a great stay. Location can't be beat, close to the surf. Very clean and extremely well stocked. I would definitely stay here if I come back.

ocean front and centrally located to kauai!
This quiet location is centrally located. Just 30 minutes to Poipu and 45 to Princeville. This is the perfect location for your vacation. The place is spacious for two and has a wonderful ocean view as seen in the photo. We liked the kitchen area which we used to save a little money and time. Free parking too! I can hear the ocean now! Definitely recommend.

great quiet water view.
Very convenient location with marketplace nearby. Very nice to have 2 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler in the unit. No air conditioning but we never missed it. Always a breeze!

We LOVED this property!! Having the ocean view and listening to the waves was so invigorating, yet calming. The condo was perfectly and thoughtfully furnished. The entire property was very well maintained with gorgeous landscaping and an excellent pool area.

ocean shore condo
We were delighted with this place and would definitely come again. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and the ocean waves just beyond the short grassy yard were always serenading us. The unit was nice and clean. Linens were lovely and fluffy. Remotes for the ceiling fans were easy to control lights and air movement. The pool was just outside of our front door. Both the property manager and the unit managers were friendly and helpful.

A very pleasant unassuming oceanfront condo. Clean and well kept. Staff attentive to our needs. Centrally located. Easy access. Walk to beach. When we return to Kauai we will stay nowhere else.

nice view
The view was beautiful. However, the decor is a bit outdated. The shower faucet squeaked, the tub floor looked dirty, no amenities, such as shampoo, etc. provided. Broken utensils & mismatched glasses in the kitchen. None of this affected our stay, but its the difference between okay & very nice. If the wind was out of the south,could smell something - possibly the sewer treatment plant?

perfect kauai stay: great location, amazing views
The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The office where you pick up the keys is literally 5 minutes from the airport. They handed me an envelope with the keys and detailed instructions about parking and other important information. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with thoughtful touches, like a reusable shopping bag and locally made Kauai cookies and coffee, which I thought was a very nice gesture.
The house was very clean. It felt a little warm initially because all the windows were closed, but once we opened them, the airflow cooled down the space. There are also several fans in the room that you can use, but on some days, I actually felt chilly.
The view is spectacular, especially the sunrises, as the condo is located on the east side. The house is very well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen. We also found beach chairs and a cooler that you can take to the beach.
The area is very quiet and in a great location, whether you want to explore the north or head to the west side of the island. Additionally, the host was very kind and allowed us to stay in the property until the evening on our check-out day for a very reasonable price, as our flight didn’t leave until 10:30 PM and they didn’t have any reservations for the following day.

kauai getaway
We liked the location but certain times of day the traffic was pretty ridiculous. The unit we had no A/C. Not sure that I realized this before getting to our unit. It was much warmer then I expected so going forward I guess I would consider A/C. The unit was well equipped and I so appreciated that. It felt over clean but the floor grout never has been cleaned which mad3 the floors feel dirty. Absolutely loved the view of the bay, incredible sunrises that we took advantage of.

great location and service
Has a nice time here and the staff was very accomodating for a late checkout. There is no AC but it was still cool. Only compliant was Wi-Fi was intermittent and at times 4G was only option.

central location in kauai with a great view!
Everything in Wailua Bay View 110 was great with only a few things I would change. The location is centrally located to the north and west side. Good food spots close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean and well taken care of. Only thing I would ask the owners is to get a new mattress for the king bed and new couch to use for sleeping.

made relaxing easy!
This was me and my husband's first trip to Kauai. I enjoyed this location because it was in a location that made it easy to go exploring and any direction. And the beachfront with the wonderfullanai made relaxing after a long day of exploring easy. The condo was large, well stocked, clean, and had a washer and dryer.

The view was so soothing. Even watched some surfers. The location was really easy to access; nice and central. The pool was really clean, pretty and never crowded. The kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay convenient and comfortable. Beautifully maintained grounds.

We really enjoyed our balcony every morning and evening. The landscaping at the Wailua Bay View is beautiful; the pool is a good size for lap swimming. Unit 110, however, was grimy, with aged dust and dirt. We spent 3 hours cleaning on our first day of vacation.

my stay in kauai
Wailua Bay View was very convienintly located to all the activities I had planned. The rental property was clean and the price was unbeatable. I wish I would have looked for air conditioning but they had ceiling fans and stand fans and it was comfortable. Kauai Vacation Rentals did a great job for me booking my rental on short notice and the concierge booked all my activities with no problems. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to go to Kauai.

beautiful views!
The place was great and centralized near shops, restaurants, and a great beach. We loved our stay because it had a great view of the ocean and we enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. It was also equipped with all the necessities of a kitchen and some outdoor activity items such as a soft cooler, beach towels, beach chairs. The property itself was very well maintained, we met the manager Mark and he was very nice and takes pride in keeping the place clean. There was plenty of parking on the property and it felt very safe and well lit at night. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would like to visit and is looking for a relaxing and quiet place.

breathtaking view
The condo had a great layout and exceptional view. It was close to the pool which was awesome. The furniture was good, a bit outdated. It was clean, but the appliances were all outdated, the fridge was rusted. We had to call maintenance for the stove and dishwasher. The bathroom had lots of room, but super outdated and the tub looked dirty and the shower head was awful. The sheets smelled musty and had bloodstained on them. The property Manager did get housekeeping to put newsheets on the bed. The Vacation Rental place was awesome to deal with along with the property manager and maintenance. Overall, we would definitely stay there again, but definitely not that unit. Way too outdated!

almost heaven
This is a lovely 1 bdrm Condo that had every thing we need right down to the sharp kitchen knives. The view was nothing but green grass and blue ocean. We went to sleep and woke with the ocean surf. The resident rooster was kind enough to alert us to the new day about 0630 hrs. The trade winds kept the temp. within very nice. The location put us about halfway to what we wanted to do on all over the island, hiking, beaches and laziness. Would we rent this again...yes and yes again.

Very relaxing stay! The condo was located in a nice central location, was comfortable and clean. It would be difficult to get much closer to the ocean. This rental is in an older complex and was a good value. We did not miss the lack of air conditioning. I do believe the unit could use a "refresh", paint, carpet, etc. Traffic in the area of this condo is an issue, some of this is due to ongoing road construction.

beautiful & relaxing
This cute little condo was perfect for the two of us! It has a beautiful view and is in a great location. We were close to nearly all the activities we had planned. It's within walking distance of the farmer's market, which is a must do if you visit! Absolutely no complaints!

right at the ocean!
The best part of this unit is the location. The unit sits right at the ocean so you can hear waves all the time. You can walk to a handful of great restaurants and a convenience store easily. The complex was small with a very nice pool and the landscaping was very beautiful. The unit is dated but very clean. I am a light sleeper and had issues sleeping with the windows open. There is no air-conditioning and we had to keep the windows open and the fans running to be comfortable at night. So with the sounds of the street I had to wear earplugs. No big deal when you were in paradise! The beach chairs were not beach chairs so we bought some appropriate ones so they should be there. There were kick boards and an umbrella. Bring your own kitchen condiments as there are none. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking but Icould use more wine glasses. We had no issues like upstairs noise or bugs. All in all, I’d stay here again.
