absolutely wonderful location!
This vacation rental was ideal. The views were spectacular. The accommodations were great. Management was extremely helpful and responsive. Check in and out was well explained.
If I had anything negative to say....and this is really minimal, I wish there had been some food storage containers. A few containers would have been really useful.

very comfortable with spectacular views
We had an amazing time during our stay at Sea Lodge E-5! The condo is very nice and has the best views imaginable. The ocean breeze keeps things comfortable and it was so nice sleeping with open windows and listening to the ocean waves. Waking up to the sound of roosters and then rolling over and seeing the ocean from bed was a highlight. I can’t emphasize the views enough!

6 most wonderful days on kauai
Absolutely one of the best condos I have stayed in. Very clean, and quite. How wonderful to have the breaking surf below the bluff put you to sleep. The view of the ocean and reef below is unbelievable. It was soo nice to sleep hearing the ocean and having the ocean breeze move through the condo without concern of security.
I will definitely rent E-5 next year when I return to the island next year.

good place to stay!
Great place in a nice location with stunning views, the property doesn’t have AC but it’s very well ventilated :)
Place offers a lot of things to use on the beach like an umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc. There is a washing and drying machine, equipped kitchen and they provide mostly all the needed stuff, only missed shampoo :(
Checking process was great, even though they didn’t answer my check out request, all the communication was clear. I defiently would recommend.

wave watching
There are only 20 feet from the lanai to the edge of the green bluff and the drop to the ocean. We watched waves crash and palm trees sway all parts of the day. Easy access on the ground floor with no one above you and a short walk to the great pool. The kitchen is updated but the fridge is loud. The TV isn’t worth the effort and the carpet is....the electrical outlets are still loose as is the toilet and the siding around the bed room window flaps in the wind. Nonetheless everything works and we enjoyed most of our time outside, playing tennis at Makai (open to the public), and of course at Hanalei Bay a short beautiful drive away. So if you need to be pampered and coddled look to the resorts but be ready to pay double. For people like us this place is just right.

beautiful and relaxing
Thank you for a wonderful experience from booking right thru to departure. As other reviewers have indicated, the property could certainly do with a refresh and some attention to maintenance but it did not distract from our enjoyment and relaxation. The lower floor bathroom should be the owners next improvement and the sooner the better as the toilet is not properly secured to the floor and this can lead to unwelcome damage. Great newer kitchen but a bit frightening upon unplugging counter appliances only to find the both counter electrical outlet boxes are not secured to anything.

paradise in princeville
This condo, E-5 in Sealodge, is one of the loveliest we’ve ever stayed in. The location and view of the ocean are outstanding. It is literally at the edge of the cliff! Wonderful ocean breezes kept us comfortable day and night. The unit is nicely appointed, kitchen well equipped for cooking at home, which we did each night. The rental agency staff were very helpful. Check in and out we’re super easy and efficient. We can’t wait to come back!

stunning views!
We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The location was centrally located on the North side of the island, just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. It was a very comfortable stay with spectacular views and we loved the Nene and rooster welcoming committee:) Also, thank you for the goodies that were left for us. We appreciated that special touch.

just right for two, with amazing views
We’ve stayed in this condo several times now. It’s not the schmancy-est, but it’s solid, comfortable, has two full bathrooms, all the necessities for a kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, and beach chairs. Bonuses include the fabulous breezes from the ocean, the local birds who come to beg for food (please don’t feed them!), and the aerial displays from ‘Iwa, Tropic Birds, etc. that fly by on their way to the lighthouse.
Did I mention that it’s a ground floor end unit with no one overhead?

The location is great and the views from the living rooms and bedrooms beautiful. I was a little worried about no AC, but it wasn’t an issue. There’s such a nice breeze and the all windows made it very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This property was everything we were looking for.
You couldn't ask for a better view.
The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The property management company was easy to work with. They were all ever helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

location, location, location
This is our second stay at this well situated Sealodge unit. Although there are several dated and worn amenities (some things really in needed of updating or replacement), this unit does afford one of the better view locations of Sealodge. Enjoy the chickens (Biff, Spike, Banana, Nugget, Carmen, Peanut, Blondie, Cranberry, Walnut) as they’re good condo companions taking care of any crawling critters that can find their way into units.

Sealodge E-5 is the perfect place to stay in Princeville. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular. It is quiet and out of the fray, yet within easy walking distance to everything in Princeville. Within a quick drive we were able to visit numerous north shore beaches (great for snorkeling), lighthouse (great for birdwatching), stare park (great for hiking), and botanical gardens.

thorougly enjoyable
We had a wonderful time! Absolutely stunning setting. Sealodge is old but has such a peaceful vibe and location and the interior of this unit has been updated. We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the blue Pacific. Very quiet and relaxing. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, cooler, nice pots and pans, etc. The unit was clean with fresh carpeting, granite counters. Would return in a heartbeat. This was our second time using Kauai Vacation Rentals. Great Experience.

amazing views at sealodge
Our location was spectacular with a view of the entire bay and along Anini Beach. The staff at Kauai Vacation Rentals were incredible and we would totally rent from them again. I would like to note that the carpet in the unit could use a good cleaning and or update, seems old and a bit musty. But we maximized everyday and weren't there except to sleep and a few cooked dinners on the patio.

amazing views!
The place was clean and well kept and the views were amazing. Plus two awesome beaches a short drive away. We walked to the beach once but it was high tide and we didn't spend much time at that one, but it looked nice too! The place was not super modern but it was clean and had a really cute beach vibe, it was perfect for us.

a perfect vacation
I absolutely love our vacation rental. The site was great with breezes and views and not too close to other units. The pool was nice, parking great. BBQ what we needed for fresh fish! Beach chairs were really appreciated........

amazing beaches & perfect weather
The North Shore of Kauai is a very special place with some of the best surfing & snorkeling in the world.
It is made all the more special by the folks at Kauai Vacation Rentals who ensure that you come home to a clean, inviting, and beautiful place.
They go above and beyond with small touches like welcome gifts based on local nuts & chocolates and the ever important beach bags.

perfect stay on the ocean for two midwesterners visiting kauai!
As a newly retired couple, my husband and I visited Kauai for the first time. We quarantined in a bubble hotel and then moved to this vrbo unit which was located on the water and was 10 minutes from where I our was staying with friends during Covid. We thoroughly enjoyed the unit, its location proximity to nearby villages, cafes, and groceries. We were able to entertain our son and girlfriend for shared meals & table games in the evenings and easily travel to sites and hikes with them during the day. With two baths/bedrooms, the unit accommodates two perfectly and four, if needed. We would definitely return.
