great stay, great location
Everything was great. Only comment is that the air conditioner is unreasonably loud. Otherwise everything was excellent.

5 days in poipu paradise
Very nice and relaxing. Rental was centrally located and out of the mainstream of hotels. Beach House restaurant and snorkeling and surfing beach right across the street. Our unit was side facing the ocean so the balcony allowed for a breeze but not the direct winds and rain.

perfect for guests/extended family members visiting Kauai. might need some repair work on the noisy air conditioner. view was the best! comfortable bed! opportunity to cook and refridge foods!

Great unit!! Was perfect for our four night stay. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and a great spot to watch the sunrise! The grounds to this place are AMAZING!! Orchids, hibiscus, you name it, flowers everywhere. The pool was peaceful and refreshing. Such a great time.

My stay at this condo in Kauai was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, lush tropical surroundings, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal — close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.
The property management was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, this condo offered everything I needed for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay in paradise.

cool spot!
Lovely studio in a great location... The building is a little dated, but still very charming. Easy access to various beaches and other attractions. It is next to a park full of roosters, so bear in mind you will hear them crowing!

great little studio apartment
Location: A car is needed,although opposite a restaurant, shopping area is few mins drive,as is Botanical garden,and Blow hole,small beached close & Poipu short drive.
Studio is in nice complex, clean , well equipped & comfy bed, no lift as stated,view over park & sea which was lovely , Roosters & Chickens everywhere on Kaui they can be trying in the end !!!! �� all part of the experience!

wonderful place to stay
Overall the location and the condo were great. We did find a crack in one wine glass and no wine cork remover. The biggest problem was the shower. The Hot water valve is very touchy. An 1/8 inch move goes from warm to almost scalding. This is a safety issue and should be addressed. We decided to open a ocean sound app to drown out the roosters as they started one night at 1am and mostly at 6 am. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.Snorkeling was available across the street.

a cute little place in paradise!
We absolutely loved staying at this place! The garden area, with all its beautiful flowers, feels like a little paradise. A bay is right across the street where you can snorkel and see turtles, colorful fish, and eels. Restaurants and other beaches are close by. We would love to come back here and can absolutely recommend it!

close to pk's
We enjoyed the Studio. It was all that was advertised. The unit was very clean. The air conditioning worked, but because of the the overhead fan and door/lanai ventilation, we did not use it. We used the kitchen,.. the appliances and utensils served us very well. The bed was very comfortable. The outside area, including the pool was beautifully maintained. The close proximity to our favorite island snorkeling area was a winner.

interesting views, lovely location
Had a great time viewing the full moon and sunrises and the ocean across the road. My studio was clean and efficient and the grounds of the Prince Kuhio were peaceful and beautiful. The only drawback was no elevator and though I loved the third floor location, hiking the stairs got to be a challenge as I’m a Senior.

Always love dealing with Kauai Vacation Rentals - I use them every year. I also always stay at PK condos for the price and location. 333 was a little smaller and more basic/bare bones than other units I have stayed in. Water temp is an issue as per other reviews (lukewarm or scalding and no in between). Cold water at all faucets with low pressure in general. But great view, AC, beach chairs/umbrella, small cooler and freezer packs.

good time
The condo was clean and convenient location. The patio has a nice view of the ocean with our morning coffee. There was ants in the kitchen, the shower was hard to regulate and TV did work properly. On arrival directions to the condo were confusing.

good experience
The single condo was nice for my daughter and me. One observation though...parking garage needs more and better lighting. No garbage disposal and no dishwasher, but it was OK for just us.

Loved the location and the place was very clean. The only problem I can speak to is the shower was hard to regulate the temperature, and the slider door to the lanai was hard to open and close. But other then that the bed was very comfortable and all the amenities I needed!

great value location
Prince Kuhio vacation rentals are in a prime location for snorkeling and nightly sunset watching. The gardens on the grounds have no equal and are impeccable. The studio apartments are just big enough and although old, they are in good condition and a good value. If you spend time in your condo in Kauai other than sleeping, you’re something wrong.

top located with a beautiful view to the ocean!
The apartment is loated in a beautiful garden. To reach a beach you just habe to cross the street. Good starting point for trips to the whole island. The apartment is very clean, the furniture is not new, but everything is well-kept. We had a good time here!

Had a great time and a great unit to stay in. It was located in a nice area and had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioning and laundry were nice when needed. It was also nice to have beach chairs and a boogey board available. We would stay here again as an affordable home base to enjoy the island! No problems at all.

condo by the beach
We liked the location of the condo. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a couple concerns: too many electric extension cords plugged into each other, fire extinguisher out of sight under the kitchen sink - we looked until we finally found it, smoke detector was in the dressing area and the cover not on correctly. We also cleaned the air conditioner filter of lint. Would we use this condo again? Probably.

The rental property is a great option for traveling. It's a convenient location, with a beach across the way and a nice pool. The site is clean and quiet. The room was just enough of what you need. My room had a great view. I would stay there again.

wonder full experience

nice view, clean, but bit noisy
Shower head was a bit low. Water tempterature was tricky to set. The jealousy window by the bed allowed outside noise to enter the room. Roosters call early in the morning and at night. Air conditioner is loud and may keep you up. If it rains, the tile is extremely slippery outside, so be extra careful walking around. That aside it was a room that has everything you need and very clean, beautiful view. Walk across the street to the beach for some nice snorkeling. Restaurant across the street. A beautiful pool for residents of the condos. Great location and would visit again.

Enjoyed hearing the ocean from our condo. Beautiful birds, roosters were awesome...I recommend putting a decal or something on the glass door leading to the deck, yep I walked into it pretty hard, glad the glass didn't break or my bones, that's how clean the glass was. Should be advised there isn't an elevator

Absolutely incredible. Located next to many beaches. View of the ocean and the mountains from the balcony. King bed with a little kitchen. The best for the money! Very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, the pool and grill area were well maintained. what a garden! A really stunning garden. Management helped with late check-in after my flight was delayed. Would highly recommend it.
