Description

Prince Kuhio 302 is a fabulous condo with great ocean views just a few steps from a great snorkeling beach and an oceanfront restaurant that's perfect for a romantic evening including a colorful sunset.

The Prince Kuhio complex features beautifully manicured tropical grounds with a peaceful, inviting swimming pool, tranquil Koi pond, and a large barbecue area with both gas and charcoal barbecues. The adjacent parking garage has a public roof-top mini-golf course.

There is obvious attention to detail here for your pleasure and comfort. Amenities include a big screen TV, attractive furnishings and modern appliances as well as a comfortable, pillow-top King bed.

Had a nice stay in Koloa. It was my second time at this resort. Enjoyed 302's close proximity to the ocean and being on the top floor. The unit itself was very nice. Happy with it. The snorkeling across the street, IMO, is possibly the best on Kauai and so convenient from Prince Kuhio Resort. Only negative I've felt the two times I've been at this resort is that the road noise is hard to not hear. Traffic, and the occasional booming subwoofer, and just people coming and going in the parking lot are all heard when you've got all the windows open for the nice breeze.

Perfectly situated spacious condo with stunning ocean views, well equipped and comfortable. The lighting needs help, most lights were dim or didn’t work. The shower is a little awkward with an open window out to the living room and sliding glass windows, but we made it work as 2 friends. Walk to beaches and a restaurant is nearby. Overall a great stay, I’d recommend and stay again! Mahalo!

A nice location with beautiful sunsets right outside the door on the veranda. We used the kitchen extensively and found everything we needed. The dishwasher was a nice extra. There was no good place to store our cloths. All extra linnen/towles and pillows etc under the bead could be reduced to make room for that. We also lacked a table on the nice balcony. Replace the big chairs in the hallway with smaller and make way for an additional table and possibly cloth storage. In general we were very happy with this condo.

Management was generally not available which felt a bit strange.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo decor and amenities were perfect and the grounds have a beautiful pool. Hearing the ocean waves every night and seeing the sunrise every morning was spectacular. A perfect place for two.

We've stayed at PKs before, but Kauai Vacation Rentals made for a seamless, memorable, and super easy visit. The unit has a gorgeous view, is walking distance to some of our favorite spots, and has a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home. The complex itself is quiet and convenient, although loud trucks/ motorcycles occasionally come roaring down Lawai Rd around 1 or 2 am, and it feels louder than it probably is in reality compared to the silence/ waves.

We had a little snafu with the plumbing, but the Kauai Vacation Rentals team was incredibly responsive and professional. Mahalo nui loa for making us feel so welcomed and special.

This is our second time staying in the same exact location. The dates we needed matched up perfectly with their availability so I had to snag it! We enjoyed our first trip just as much as the second. Nice Property, pool was also nice. Only complaints are that there’s no bathroom door or bathroom fan, and lots of traffic noise, also you will be woke up every morning by a pack of rooster at around 5:00 am. Other than that it was a good stay.

This place was very nice. Wonderful roomy feeling, all the extras in the room. It was a bit noisy because of the ocean but to be expected. The rooster's alarm clock took some getting used to. The outdoor roosters! Was very happy to see beach equipment in room, that was a surprise. The pool was very refreshing.

We were visiting for our anniversary, and the first time on a solo vacation without the kids in 7 years. This was the perfect spot for it! We loved how close the beach was and the view was gorgeous from this spot. The unit was clean and updated with a comfortable king size bed. The only thing I would change about this location would to make the balcony bigger...but I don't think that's possible :)

This place is fantastic! No need to turn on the TV, just open the slider, enjoy the view of the water, the chickens running around and tourist trying to parallel park. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped well and the bathroom is large enough for two to get ready. Only disappointment was leaving.

The interior of the condo is beautifully furnished. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The tropical bird sounds, in the morning especially, is wonderful. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. Down side is the street noise and the light coming in from the kitchen windows at night.

This condo was great for our stay! the condo was super comfortable and clean. We slept very well on the comfortable bed. Everything in the condo worked properly and the kitchen was great. The breeze coming off the nearby ocean through Prince Kuhio Park was amazing. The Koi pond and gardens were absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

We call it reflections because of all the mirrors. That was a nice plus because it made the whole place look twice as big and we could see the water from all ends! We enjoyed the grounds very much and all of the appliances worked very well. Our only discrepancy was the noise at night being so close to the road. Because of that we will give it an eight. Thank you for all of your help.

I am actually the mom of the person who had the pleasure of staying here because it was a surprise grad gift for a job well done :-)!!! I have to commend all of the staff I interacted with regarding this property. Not only were they warm and friendly, but were extremely helpful with all parts of the reservation and checkin process. My daughter gushed about how perfectly appointed the condo is with everything you may need to enjoy a week in Kauai. Excellent location, great pricing, wonderful staff and communication. Being over a thousand miles away, this was the least worrisome part of booking the trip. In short, if you want a cozy, reasonably priced spot to relax after exploring the island- this is a perfect place!

Drove the Island from the western top all the way around to the end of the road north. Beautiful scenery everywhere. Hiking is great, golfing excellent, and tasty food is to be found everywhere.

We stayed in this condo for five nights. The condo was clean and beautiful. It has a full kitchen, large bed, sitting area, and the shower is huge! We loved the pool and utilized the laundry facility. It was a great location to drive to several nearby towns and beaches. There were beach chairs for us to use which was very helpful. It was also an easy drive to Waimea Canyon for hiking.

The condo has a perfect location, it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We Enjoyed having a kitchen and the little touches of home. We loved walking across the street and down the road to watch surfers and the parakeets outside were amazing. Our friend told us Kauai was the best island to vacation and it was amazing!

This place is located across the road from the best snorkeling spot in Kaua'i. Not only that but we loved the decor and the view. Made it our home away from home immediately. It was stocked with beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for the week. A great place with good access to the island. Would stay in the same place again.

I loved the sun room with the ocean view; it was great for reading and relaxing. We also used the blender in the kitchen to make smoothies, etc. during our stay. The location was great - close to snorkeling, shops, restaurants, even without a car.

Unit was clean and updated. Bed super comfy. The property is half local residents half vacation rentals. The pool, garden and BBQ areas are so well kept. Beautiful sunsets, warm water and friendly people on staff.

Kauai Vacation Rentals is the Best! Lisa was able to help me at the very last minute for my rental needs as I had already arrived in town and needed a place that same day. Everyone at the office who answered the phone was willing to take the time to try to answer my questions and concerns when Lisa was on another call. The rental was absolutely great, they had everything there one would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation without having to put much thought into anything except what foods you wanted to purchase for yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed the rental, and the 5 Star service from Kauai Rentals. It’s nice knowing that next time I am in need I can just pick up the phone and be confident that they can take care of the rest!
