Wonderful Condo! We really enjoyed staying at Prince Kuhio Condo it was clean and furnished nicely. Plenty of room for a couple. I highly recommend this property and the manage company was great. Easy in and out. No issues and no problems at all!

a very nice property
#116 is a very well supplied condo,suitable for 2 people.Beach chairs,snorkel equipment,pots and pans nice supply of spices.And the property is well taken care of.The management company is top notch,friendly and good follow up

prince kuhio studio 116
Property well-maintained, well-supplied, and in a great location. Too much furniture in the room -- needed to move some into the storage area to be able to use the room comfortably. Otherwise very pleased.

cute place for two and a nice view for sitting out front.
Lovely little place that served its purpose. I enjoyed sitting outside in front of the apartment and listening to the waterfall from the pool. The view was nice ��. Walking distance to a small beach and a few shops.

great place for vacation!
We really enjoyed staying at Prince Kuhio, one of the best area in Poipu. Close to the beach, botanical garden, walking distance to shopping mall.

great place to stay in poipu in a great location.
My wife & I recently spent a week at Prince Kuhio Studio 116 while visiting Kauai and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and cozy, decorated in traditional Hawaiian style, perfect for a couple. The property features a well-maintained built-in pool and an excellent BBQ area, if you feel like grilling during your stay, surrounded a lush Hawaiian garden, with ponds and tropical fish. The ocean is right across the road and Poipu Beach a 5 minute drive away. There are several good eateries and shopping available at the nearby Shops at Kukui’ula, also about 5 minutes away. As with most of Kauai, there are lots of roosters and hens on the property, but they just add to the authentic Hawaiian feel. Any future visits to Kauai will definitely include a stay at Prince Kuhio!

amazing stay at kauai vacation rentals
This studio was so cozy and perfect for a week vacation. It has everything you need. It is near the pool and quiet with lush gardens. Poipu beach is 5 mins away and a great shopping center. Perfect location. Don't hesitate to book.

lovely condo in poipu
This beautiful condo was perfect for us during our 6-day stay in Kauai. The full kitchen, excellent bed, and lovely decor created a true sense of comfort, and we so appreciated having beach towels and deck chairs provided.
The complex has a lovely pool and gardens, as well as free parking.
The location could not be more perfect. Poipu Beach -- the best for snorkeling on the South Shore, as well as the place to watch sea turtles come up to rest -- is 5 minutes away; Wimea Canyon is nearby, and even the beaches of the North Shore are located within an easy hour drive. The airport in Lihue is 22 minutes away.
The only thing that wasn't completely amazing was that the TV screen is too small to watch from the bed. In every other way, we loved this place and would eagerly return.

kauai vacation rental
Our vacation rental experience was very good. We were able to pick up the keys to our poipu stay on our way from the airport in Lihue. Check in was easy. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The location was very nice, close to south shore beaches. Only slight negative was that the shower head is quite short. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had the best time here in Poipu. The location was wonderful and the place was neat and well maintained. They also had beach chairs we could use which came in handy. Less than a block away from the beach. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to be on the ground floor, next to the pool, parking, and laundry room and not far from the ocean. The studio was clean and well stocked and it was easy to communicate with the property owners.

a dream vacation
My husband and I wanted a relaxing getaway and this little condo was the perfect spot for it! The kitchen is well stocked with dish-ware, the AC unit works well, the furniture was in good condition and the place was very clean upon check in. The unit is close to parking both in the little outdoor spots and the covered garage. The pool is refreshing, but you are also close to the beaches. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay there again!

It was a lovely stay. Second time at this property. My only complaint is accessing the unit. Having to pick up and drop off keys at an office not on property is very inconvenient on an already long travel day. Maybe invest in a keypad of have some other method for checkout.

lovely vrbo!
I loved this VRBO. As a single traveler, this was an extremely spacious VRBO. The location is fantastic. It is close to Poipu beach and is walkable (less than 5 minute walk) to Lawa'i beach. Easy drive to Waimea canyon and the ports along the south side of the island (where boat charters for scuba and boat tours for Na Pali coast depart).
I always get nervous about parking when traveling. Although there is not a "dedicated" parking spot, there are plentiful parking spots in the condo parking lot and/or adjacent garage, and parking was a breeze.
VRBO was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

we enjoyed our stay
This unit had everything needed for two people, kitchen is nice. We liked the beach chairs and umbrella. It is within walking distance to a snorkeling beach, shave ice & restaurants as well as a Long’s drugstore. We appreciated the pool, bbq equipment and herb garden. The gardens around the units are well maintained. Maybe a few more pictures are needed to show this nice unit, featuring the porch, bathroom and tv.

great place near the beach
We really enjoyed this place! It was perfect for two people, and it was near most of the things that you would need on a day-to-day basis. We had no trouble getting around and parking was great. The pool was an extra bonus.

great location and unit
Key pickup and drop off were super easy. The unit was in a great location - just across the Beach House Restaurant, close to the shops at Kukui’ula, and super close to the Baby Beach. The unit was great for two people - it was well-kept, clean, and they had beach umbrella and chairs. The complex had a laundromat (and the unit provided a hamper). Overall a great stay. We definitely recommend this place. Bookmarked for sure!

paradise in a wonderful location, highly recommend
This is our 4th visit to this unit. It is on the first floor, and a mere 25 feet to the amazing pool( where we often were the only people there!)
Condo. Equipped with coffee pot, blenders,kitchen pots, baking pans and any possible thing you need to cook or make smoothies in the unit. Air conditioning cools unit quickly. Beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of towels. Kitchen was beautifully redone a couple of years ago, and is easy to navigate.
Poipu location exceptional, beach across the street, can rent snorkel equipment there, as well as go to Beach House restaurant. Best sunset on the island, people gather on the lawn to watch the sun go down and the amazing surfers. The grounds are majestic and manicured beautifully. Excellent value for the price, clean, well appointed and all around fantastic place to stay. Quiet, convenient to all south shore has to offer, free and ample parking
