a hidden gem
Prince Kuhio #318 is a hidden gem! Million dollar view of the Pacific Ocean plus the beautiful Prince Kuhio park! Well maintained and spotless condo with a washer & dryer which was a huge bonus! Excellent location with shopping and green sea turtles a close walk away! Mahalo!

feels like home
We stayed in PK 318 for a month. We felt right at home. The lanai overlooking Kuhio Park was a lovely place to enjoy our morning coffee. We spent many days at the beach and appreciated all of the beach gear. Making dinner in the condo was a breeze,as the full kitchen was well-stocked with a good variety of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The only negative was the mattress. It sagged on one side and should be replaced soon. But other than that, PK318 was perfect! We are already looking forward to our return next year.

perfect location
3 rd time we have stayed in the building, clearly we like the location and East West aspect - good air circulation and shaded afternoon -evening lanai. Close to the Lawai beach for a swim or snorkeling - turtles etc.

prince kuhio #318
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this unit. It was well equipped with pool/beach equipment. My wife loved waking up in the morning and, from the bed, looking out over Prince Kuhio Park to the ocean. It was a very short walk across the street to sit on the bench in front of the Beach House Restaurant to watch the sunset every night. We are able to park in the parking garage that is nextdoor, keeping the car out of the hot sun. Great propane BBQs and a nice pool. The only negative is that there is no elevator, but the 3rd floor is quiet with nobody above us. My wife & I found some great books in the offsite office and #318 has a ton of various books. Their book about the Coco Palms Resort was very interesting. We will be back.

we would enthusiastically recommend this condo to anyone!
Looking at all the Price Kuhio condos for rent, we decided on #318 after reading the reviews. They were spot on! The owners had thoughtfully provided everything you could want. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. .Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area for hanging out when not at the beach. Incredible view of the mountains, park and ocean from the balcony off the bedroom. Listening to the ocean day and night and the roosters in the morning was wonderful. Great snorkeling beach just up the road. We hope to be back and would choose this condo again.

great location and accommodation
We loved our stay at Prince Kuhio 318. The condo had everything we needed - from a fully equipped kitchen to the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. We spent every evening across the street on our beach chairs watching the sunset and every morning on the deck watching the sunrise. The snorkeling across the road was excellent.

great location, all was great except the sofa fold out bed. The front tilted up and was very uncomfortable - could not be fixed we were told. Had to sleep on sofa very uncomfortable. I left a bag with a note on the kitchen counter, the snorkel gear in the bag leaks - FYI. Would have been helpful if there was an apron

this place was perfect for our first trip to kauai!
Easy checkin in with good communication. Spotlessly clean condo and beautifully landscaped grounds. We were comfortable in our room, nice artful touches and amenities. Snorkel gear provided was a bonus plus beach chairs etc! Close walk to watch sunset , also to take in live music and early happy hour at the Beach House restaurant. Able to do many days trips from this location. Definitely would stay here again!

19 days in pradise
Our stay in Prince Kuhio 318 was lovely. The condo was well cared for and had many supplies we needed.
This condo is on 3rd floor up several flights of stairs. (we go to the gym at home so did not have a problem, we are in our late seventies) The grounds are beautiful. Pool is wonderful. Definitely needed a floor fan on this visit. Having washer and dryer in condo is great. View is perfection. Nice to have a garage to park in. We highly recommend 318!!

We had a great experience at Prince Kuhio # 318. The apartment was spacious with all the amenities, and located in a fabulous area, near beaches, restaurants, etc. The view from the balcony was amazing, encompassing Prince Kuhio Park and the ocean. A wonderful stay overall.
Kauai Vacation Rentals also left a welcome reusable grocery bag, snacks and small cooler that were very appreciated!!

Beautiful apartment, big and comfortable. Amazing lanai with ocean view. The apartment has anything you need for a perfect stay, beach umbrella, chairs and towel, snorkel gear, washing machine and dryer, kitchen was really well equipped. Swimming pool nice and relaxing, parking so close to the apartment.
Super easy and quick check-in and check-out. Excellent organization from Kauai Vacation Rentals. Highly recommended!

We really needed a special getaway to decompress after the loss of a close family member and Prince Kuhio #318 provided it wonderfully. Such a beautiful property with the fully appointed condominium and very well-maintained tropical grounds, pool and all. All of this just across the road from some of the best snorkeling, impressive Beach House restaurant, botanical gardens and more. Old town Koloa is a treasure with enjoyable island shopping, resources and so much more. Thank you, Kauai Vacation Rentals, for all your professional facilitation of our return visit. christmas in hawaii
20 family members came out to Kauai for a family Christmas celebration this year. We were all in different rental places, but close enough to everyone to walk there. We did a lot of fun adventures and of course beach time while we were there.

breezy, roomy, beautiful apartment
My partner and I LOVED the Prince Kuhio #318 apartment! It had a 1940's vintage vibe to it, there were always breezes from one direction or another. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, the beach chairs and snorkeling equipment was great to have right there. The art on the walls was lovely and I could have stayed in that bedroom with the King bed and the breeze blowing the curtains forever! So nice to have the Prince Kuhio Park next door because it gave you from the balcony expansive views of the countryside, and then the other direction was a great view of the ocean.
The smell of orchids the first night we got there was otherworldly. The pool is very nice and all the vegetation around the pool and apartments is so colorful and beautiful.
