Prince Kuhio 213 has everything one needs to enjoy Kauai. The kitchen is well stocked, AC is nice at night for comfortable sleep and furniture is comfortable. There is a nice breeze that blows through the condo making it very comfortable during the day without AC. There is a nice view of Prince Kuhio Park and the ocean from the lanai. The only negative from my point of view is uncomfortable chairs on the lanai. It was difficult to sit on the lanai for long periods because of the chairs.

the magic elixir
We love staying at Prince Kuhio Condos and have done so for many years. This was our first stay in #213 and it was great. It had everything we needed: nice view, easy access to the surrounding beaches, restaurants and shops, parking, etc., etc.

amazing views to be had with tranquil mornings
This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

perfect condo with gorgeous setting!
The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy, AC worked well, and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals at home. The lanai was our favorite part - we could see/hear the waves and were consistently entertained by the comings and goings on the local street and all the bird activity in the neighboring park. The location was walkable to great snorkling and dining/shopping. Hope to stay here again one day!

beautiful, clean and well equipped unit
Beautiful, clean and well equipped property. We enjoyed the location across the street from the beach and proximity to Koloa and Poipu attractions and shopping. Bed was very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the pool closed early at sunset and there was no hot tub. We definitely look forward to a return visit.

amazing vacation in poipu
Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. Was surprised at how perfectly stocked the apartment was. From snorkels, chairs, boogie boards to coffee filters it made for a very comfortable holiday. Great location, very clean, nice pool area and plenty of parking. Would recommend to anyone

beautiful condo
Beautiful updated condo in a great location. This condo is not only updated but very well stocked. Our only issue was we were given one set of towels per person & they smelled like mildew. I tried washing them but as soon as you used them, the smell came back. Even with that, we would definely stay here again.

lovely well equipped condo
The condo was very well equipped with beach towels, chair, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer and a/c all worked perfectly. And the bed was comfortable. The only downside is having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off keys.

lovely retreat
We had a lovely time here. Unfortunately, there was a ridiculous rain storm that flooded the basement and the hot water heater. We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

a truly great place to stay
Comfortable and well equipped, PK213 is ready to make your stay almost as comfy as having your own home there. Minutes away from several beaches and a short drive to a local supermarket, this condo is an excellent location and sure to please. We, again had a wonderful time on the Garden Isle!

great little place near the ocean!
Prince Kuhio 213 was an exceptional experience! So well stocked. And loved the bed and A/C! Location is perfect. Only downside is having to stop by Management office in Luhie upon arrival after a long day of travel and especially when you're trying to make your flight as you depart the island. Wish they could jump into the 21st century and put a coded keypad. Or at least let you leave keys in the unit when you leave. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay again.

We are a retired couple, and unit #213 was perfect for us: tropical furnishings and colorful watercolor paintings adorning the walls, comfortable bed, air conditioning!, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views, amazing gardens and pool, easy covered parking nearby PLUS bonus excellent snorkeling across the street and an excellent shave ice stand nearby - we had everything we needed and will definitely stay again.

Coming back to Kauai each year is like coming home, so is our stay at Prince Kuhio 213. Lovely art, a well stocked kitchen, beach gear, and a very comfortable bed meet you each visit. The view of the sunrise, park, and the ocean from the lanai (balcony) is a wonderful experience and gives us a sense of serenity. Do yourself a favor, book PK213. If you see days available on the calendar book then as quickly as you can, or someone else will. We have stayed in this unit at least six times. Aloha!

lovely spacious condo!!
This was the first time at PK213 and second time only to Kauai...The condo was very spacious and had everything you needed. Was great to have use of beach chairs and umbrellas and a big plus to have washer/dryer in the unit. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again if available. The lanai is not private at all, so wasn't able to use much, but that is not a deal breaker for us. So nice to back onto a park instead of other condos. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our time at PK213! The condo suited our needs well. The condo was very clean, extremely well stocked with everything needed and more! We enjoyed listening to the waves at night and the 'parakeet show' at sunset and sunrise was awesome! Grounds were very well kept as well, and we enjoyed a dip in the pool at the end of the day before heading across the street for sunset. We will definitely return!

The unit we stayed in at the Prince Kuhio was amazing. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We had beach chairs, beach umbrella and other wonderful beach items. The bed was comfortable, plenty of cookware and towels. We also had a washer/dryer so we could bring home clean clothes. Sitting on the lani every morning drinking my coffee was the highlight of my mornings. The pool was amazing, plenty of reclining chairs and a table with chairs. So close to fun beaches. The only down side was we were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This became difficult for my husband.

family vacation in paradise
Everything went smooth in all aspects. Reminders, follow-ups were helpful. Condo was a little dated but very nice. Well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, Boogie boards all the things you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Had some rowdy youth banging on the doors as they ran by the units. Wish the front door had a deadbolt for added security and was bit of a concern but no issues.
All in all the condo and beautiful landscaping with the pool was great. Very pleased. Nothing is perfect. Would stay here again for sure.

wonderful vacation!
Our first time Kauai and won't be our last. This condo had everything you could possibly want or need. The bed, towels, kitchen, blankets, beach chairs - all were in great condition or new. The best thing in the condo was the washer and dryer that was very useful for a two week vacation in Hawaii. We enjoyed every minute we were in the condo. We had long beautiful walks around the area every morning and to the cute shopping center nearby. The only reason we have 3 stars for location is because we realize we rather be on the North Shore of Kauai next time just because of the towns and beaches in that are - but this area of the island is wonderful too. We will be back.

comfortable and chill
Really nice mellow place, well stocked and with nice extras like biggie boards and beach stuff. Liked the space and loved being able to cook instead of eat out. Really great setting and close to some wonderful beaches. Also loved being able to walk in the area.

Great amenities, supplies for fun days exploring Kauai, fabulous location for snorkeling, turtles and seals, as well as launching spot for other regions of the island. Management was great at communication! Reasonable rates made this absolutely perfect!

exceeded expectations!
This condo was perfect for us. The location is ideal and convenient for accessing most parts of the island. We much prefer to vacation in a condo compared to any hotel or resort. You are a minutes drive from anything that is needed. The space was stocked with amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, bug spray, sunscreen, aloe vera, and one full set of snorkel gear(we had to rent another set, only bummer). We used the grill one night to make some local fish from the farmers market. Parking was convenient. It was nice to do laundry the evening before heading home to eliminate that chore later. The cross breeze coming in from the master bedroom allowed for great sleep, plus fans. The views and sounds from the balcony were amazing! We became fond of a mother hen and her chickens, who we saw daily. I brought earplugs for the roosters but didn’t actually need them. The sunrise was beautiful and the waves were a healing background noise. I was also pleasantly surprised to find coffee filters olive oil and spices. The space is quite large and very comfortable for two adults. I also appreciateThat’s the space was such a great value compared to other listings I’ve seen. Just awesome all around!
