fantastic rental
Great place for a single person or a couple to stay. Wonderful views. Nicely furnished and plenty of linens. Beach chairs and umbrella were an unexpected surprise. Lots of snorkel gear too. Kitchen has everything you need. Bed was really comfortable. Unit was very clean. Check in / out was super easy. Clear, precise instructions. Unbeatable location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I would absolutely stay there again!

loved our stay!
This condo is located in one of the best, most beautiful parts of Kauai! The view is gorgeous and it’s just a short distance from a great beach for snorkeling. Nearby Old Koloa is such a charming small town!
The unit was just the right size for our needs. It had a fantastic view of the ocean that was so lovely to wake up to each morning. The kitchen is fully stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment that were available. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again!

tropical dream
Our time at Prince Kuhio 202 was magical. A perfect location across from the ocean where the waves lulled us to sleep. A 1 minute walk from a perfect sunset spot. The unit was stocked with everything we needed for the perfect vacation - stocked kitchenware, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels and more. Comfortable, homey and convenient. A tropical dream.

great location!
Great overall stay, hard to beat the location and view of the water from the small lanai. Kitchen and dishes could have been a little cleaner, but still a quality place to spend a week.

loved the condo!
Great rental! Views of sunrise, sunset and ocean from the condo. I liked that it was walking distance to stores, restaurants and beaches. It was spotless, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We also enjoyed having the park on one side and beautiful gardens on the other. I would definitely stay there again!

lovely spot on the south coast
We stayed 2 weeks, driving to hikes and beaches around the island. The property was clean with a very well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. The grounds are lovingly maintained and neighbors are quiet. My son really enjoyed the pool. Ocean waves lull you to sleep. Some slight street noise from passing cars but it didn't bother me. I'd stay again!

great condo- everything we needed for a wonderful stay
My husband I stayed in PK 202 in mid January and it was very nice. The pictures and description are completely accurate. We have stayed in several different condos in the PK complex because we absolutely love the location. It is across from a nice beach for snorkeling and in a nice area for walking/running. This complex is close to the road and at certain times of the day the traffic can be a bit loud but it is so worth it to be so close to the ocean! PK 202 is not a high-end luxury unit but is comfortable and clean. We like to make most of meals at home and while the kitchen is small it had all the tools we needed. Note: the oven is apartment size so it you want to roast a whole turkey plan accordingly :). There were plenty of kitchen/bath/beach towels and bed linens/pillows. There were newer beach chairs, an umbrella and even some snorkel gear. This condo does not have A/C but we never needed it - we just opened the windows and patio doors to get a lovely cross breeze. We spent most of our time at the beach across the road or in the living room watching the ocean. At night we fell asleep listening to the waves. We would definitely stay in PK 202 again.

loved it
We loved the location, interior and extras that were provided, incl. beach chairs and snorkel equipment. Even if it's close to the road, there was no disturbing noise during the night. Parking lots (in the garage) are small, can be challenging for large cars. We had an awesome stay there.

everything we hoped for and so much more
The resort is located very close to the beach with one of the best snorkeling sites the island offers. We had a beautiful view from the balkony. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. Even sand chairs were provided. The kitchen was so well equipped that it left nothing to be desired. The WiFi was fast and reliable. You can hear some noise from the street, but that was no problem for us. The resort area is very nice including a pool and lots of blooming plants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very comfortable condo. No A/C but did not need it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals to save a little money. Grill area also helped. Pool was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time visiting Kauai. It's a beautiful island with so much to do. You can be active or be a beach bum. It's totally up to you. The condo we had was comfortable and well stocked. It had everything you could possibly need. Great location also.

Clean and adequately stocked condo. Couldn’t get the TV to work but decided we didn’t need it. Also the overhead light in the fan in the bedroom would spontaneously come on when the fan was off. Otherwise it is a fine stay.

Prince Kuhio condo is in a great location. Central to Lihue and Waimea Canyon. Condo is in good shape and comfortable. The only negative is the street noise. It is right next to a busy street that dead ends at spouting horn, so I don't know why it's so busy, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The check-in is a little awkward, as you have to stop in Lihue at the office to get the key, and checkout is the same. No problem if you have a car. Walking distance to a few beaches and restaurants/shops.

great location and price!
Pretty place, great location, nice grounds. Would choose a different unit next time but only because we were too close to the road and are light sleepers. Unit 202 was nice but you had to walk through the bedroom to get to the family room. Also wish the pool was heated. I am kind of a wimp when it comes to cold water. Everything else was excellent!

The unit was perfect for 2 people. Great location for walking to the beach, dining, shopping, and sunsets. The complex was clean and safe. Pool, parking, and grill were always available. Laundry service was convenient. Will be staying there again.

small but comfortable
The rental is exactly as you see, except, it is smaller. The layout is awkward, however, it met our needs. There is no air-conditioner, but there are fans that do a good job. there is also a sliding glass door in the living room, when opened provides a nice breeze.

We had a great experience here. It was clean and roomy for two. I like traveling with access to a kitchen. The complex is mainly rentals, so there is no issue with management about a short term rental.
It's nice using a professional property management company becuase they are reliable and professional.
