We loved this room and it's ground level access. Didn't miss the AC with the nice distribution of fans. Owners could update a bit. Well probably be back more.

fantastic view
Great location for fantastic views. We have stayed in this complex before and liked that we could walk to Pu’u Poa beach, and Hideaway beach. We loved the condo, spacious, clean, and comfortable.

great views
Great views from the lanai. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and cooler. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus. Steep slope to access condo. Not an issue for us but could be if mobility issues.

Pale Ke Kua: A peaceful and quiet property.
The Unit 104: So clean, so well equipped. We really enjoyed the kitchen. Great use of W/D too.
The View: Sublime. We could rest and adventure from here for weeks at a time.

stunning views and quiet area
Unit was clean, stocked with dishwasher and washing machine pods, and had two beach chairs. The views from the lanai were truly stunning and we spent most time there enjoying the view and watching the Nenes. The whole complex was very quiet which was great considering that there is no AC so the windows had to be opened. I highly recommend it!

We loved the location of the condo, overlooking the bay and such a beautiful view. Everything about the condo was as described and very comfortable. Easy access to Hanalei and Kapaa. It was very clean and all the amenities that we needed.

wonderful condo
We had a great stay at this condo. It was comfortable and had all the amenities one could want except for a grill on the Lanai; that would have been very helpful. The booking process with Kauai Vacation Rentals was easy. We will book through them again on our next trip to Kauai.

world class experience!
Every single expectation of mine was met for this first vacation rental experience - to world class standards. The Pali Ke Kua #104 property itself was not only immaculate, but also exceedingly well thought out for absolutely every single item included in the condo. We cook and bake; this particular condo included absolutely everything we ever wanted. The condominium complex grounds were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were better than at any hotel for ambiance, safety and cleanliness. This particular condo in the Pali Ke Kua property is one that I can recommend without any reservations. The view in the photo IS the view you see! :) You see no one when you're in the condo. What a getaway World class experience. Felt like a home away from home.

amazing views!
The condo was in a very nice area and was nicely appointed. The view of the sunset every evening was amazing and there was a fantastic breeze coming in from the ocean. There is also a beach right below the condo with a walkway down to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

thoroughly enjoyable vacation!
We had a fabulous vacation at this Pali Ke Kua condo. We have stayed in various PKK units in the past. This one was super clean with good amenities, and a fantastic view of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay area. We also found Kauai Vacation Rentals to be super to work with. We left a wallet in the unit, and the housekeeper got it to the office, who had it FedEx shipped to us. Terrific service. We plan to return as soon as we can!

seaside paradise
Great view. Great locaion. Adequate furnishings and decor.Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast on the lanai every morning was great.Third time in Pali Ke Kua, second time renting through Kauai Vacation Rentals.

Our stay at Pali Ke Lua #104 was great. Upon arrival, it's always refreshing to find the unit as advertised. It was outfitted well with quality products & supplies. As a owner of several VRBO properties, I would like to commend the Property Management company for the great job they did on their communication and preparation of the unit for our arrival...thank you.

quiet kauai retreat
Very well organized rental experience. Good communication and instructions pre-arrival. Felt much more confident renting through Kauai Vacation Rentals than VRBO or Airbnb.
Property was as described and very clean. All appliances were working well and appear to have been recently upgraded. Bathroom could use a partial remodel - new shower head, toilet seat doesn't fit toilet, new sink faucet. Minor stuff and did not detract from the whole.

3rd time's still a charm
This is our 3rd time staying here in the last 3 years. We absolutely love it! The location is great as we love Princeville, and the view is STUNNING, condo is comfortable with everything you need. We love cooking our dinners every night, kitchen had what we needed and it's great having the washer/dryer in the unit! We will be back!

beautiful view!
We enjoyed our stay at Pali Ke Kua. Check-in was easy. Had a snafu because our unit was beneath one that was being remodeled and it was noisy, but management gave us a new unit immediately. The views from the units of Hanalea Bay and the ocean are spectacular and we were visited by the Nenes in front of our unit ever morning. Unit was clean and well-appointed.

great views, needs some updates
The property was decent and part have been updated, but some areas really need a refresh.
For example, the bathroom vanity had been updated but the flooring, closets and shower were very weathered. The doors on the closet didn't close all the way and were out of the sliding track when we arrived. I was able to pop one back in but it just kept popping out, making the entry into the bathroom tight to navigate since it's next to the door.
The shower head sprayed every which way, which was a little tricky but usable.
The floors in the bathroom and kitchen both need to be updated or at least given a thorough cleaning. I spilled some water from the fridge filter and when I wiped it up the paper towels came up black (and this was on the day we arrived - eek!)
The location is great, the views from the lanai can't be beat, but they're really relying on the location to get by with the less than desirable parts of the property. Just felt a bit overpriced for the quality.

Spectacular view, clean and well maintain property. We enjoyed every minute of it during our stay. We celebrated our 25 years wedding anniversary. We had a lot of fun spending time in North Shore.

perfect location!
This property is in a fantastic location! Access to beaches, a golf course and the Queen's Bath (when it's open) are walkable. There is a GREAT restaurant on the property, as well. It is a super easy drive to Princeville and Hanalei and to trails, hiking, caves and other beaches. This unit has everything you need to make meals in house, as well. Things were clean and mostly updated and the bed was comfortable which makes all the difference in being prepared for a long hike on the Kalalau trail.

very very nice condo
This condo was perfect for my friends attending our wedding. Great ocean and Bali Hai views. Nice to be able to walk out onto lawn. Close to the trail to walk down to beach. Very very nice beach below the condos. Steep walk back up but the path is concrete and has benches if people need to rest. Condo nicely furnished and everything worked. Decent breeze through the condo at night but still needed an ac unit in the bedroom in Oct.

exactly as described... the views, the location and the serenity!
Our stay was perfect... the views right out the back door were tremendous (I’m a photographer and captured the perfect sunset). The condo was very clean, quiet, and well-taken care of. A short location to Hideaways beach and Queens bath made the stay very convenient. A bonus which we were unaware of: there is a private path to an ocean front area just below the condo. Excellent management staff and easy pickup / drop off. We’ve stayed at locations around the world. This is among our favorites. We have already recommended the condo and Kauai Vacation Rentals to family and friends. Thank you for hosting a perfect vacation!

Located on the cliff with stunning ocean view, you can hear the waves crashing as you enjoy meals on the patio, with stunning sunsets every night. We love cooking our own meals at night, our condo had everything we needed. This is our second time staying in this condo, and we will be back again and again.

Great place to stay! Desperately needs a sun shade on the lanai though. Very hot in the afternoon with direct sun. Looked liked this was the only unit without one. Upstairs is loud and we can hear everything but nothing you can do about that.

unbeatable view, cute place
This unit has the best view you could imagine, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom vanity. We sipped our coffee from the lanai every morning and watched the light change over mountains beyond Hanalei Bay. Kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking at home was easy. The private beach access trail to Hideaway Beach made for a beautiful morning. We would stay here again.
It’s the perfect spot for a couple to unwind.
