The view was amazing. It was well equipped with utensils and was nice having a kitchen and being able to eat meals in. Stayed here 2 years ago and love the nature like setting.

The view from our condo was breathtaking - best condo on the island. Love the A/C for sleeping at night. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved this condo!

We loved this oceanfront vacation villa. Central location to many lovely beaches including; Salt pond, Hanalei, Anini, and Poipu. It was clean comfortable and spacious. The dining table was perfect for puzzling.
The kitchen could use updating and it was unfortunate that the lanai was unusable due to maintenance issues. Beautiful sunrises and whale watching from this condo. Would love to return!

We gave stayed in this building many times, but never in this unit before. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. However, half way through our 12 day stay, a note from Kauai Beach Villas was taped to our door telling us NOT to use the lanai! What the point of renting an oceanfront condo, if you can't use the lanai?? Maintenance to the exterior appears to have been neglected. Kitchen lacked adequate glassware and any type of cleaning supplies (e.g., Windex to clean glass top coffee table.) Master bathroom lacked any cleaning supplies (e.g., toilet brush.) Plumbing in both showers is connected backwards, so when faucet handle is in the hot section, th water is cold, and vice-versa. Would not recommend this property until lanai issue is resolved.

We are looking forward to our next stay at Kauai Beach Villas!

unit washer & dryer allowing us to pack lighter. Beautiful swimming pools on the adjoining Kauai Beach Resort property. Convenient restaurants at Kauai Beach Resort. We like this East side location. Easy drive to airport, shopping, restaurants, and a short drive to all of Beautiful beaches! We are looking forward to our next visit in March 2022!

Honestly the pictures don't give the view justice. The place has a 180 degree view of the ocean as it's a corner unit. The dining area has 3 window sides facing the ocean - truly, you can't get a better view on the island. I chose the property because the combo of ocean-front and a great pool for the kids at the Resort. The pools were great and the condo was very comfortable. The trade winds blowing through make it nice and comfortable, and you can close down the bedrooms for AC at night if you choose. AC is only in the bedrooms, but the breezes will cool the remainder of the unit.

My only suggestions to the property owners would be to replace the kitchen cabinets (they smell a bit musty), and the toilets (flush horribly). Also, the HDMI cord on the main TV needs replacing (oxidizing from the ocean humidity) and the TV is a bit shot, but still functions. We had to switch out the bedroom HDMI to watch TV in the living room.

Otherwise the place has everything you need. Shop at Walmart vs. Safeway, it's much cheaper!
