Booked this condo for one week before New Year, until January 1st. Booking was very easy and I appreciate that management arranged picking up keys from condo and gave us instructions at our car rental in airport - time saving! Apartment was spacious and clean, in very convenient location. Enjoyed sunrises from balcony. Too bad could not swim due to stormy weather but explored Kauai, found a lot of great beaches and hiking trails around. Thank you very much for goodies in lunch box - keep the last one as a souvenir. Highly recommended!

Great walking to Lydgate Beach Park. Enjoyed watching the sunrises every morning and watching the whale off the balcony. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient.

Only would recommend a unit if the Lanai is usable.
One bedrooms don’t have the wide view of the ocean. So prefer a 2 bedroom. Older buildings require prompt and good fixes or will go downhill fast.

We enjoyed our ten days at KBV G-22. Check in/check out was easy. We had an AC issue when we checked in but that fixed the next day. G-22 is beachfront and the sunrise was beautiful to wake up to every morning.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at the Kauai Beach Villas. The views from our lanai and the bedroom were amazing. We went to sleep each night with the sliding doors open listening to the roar of the ocean. By car it was close to everything we wanted to do, Fern Grotto, Luaus, restaurants and stores. The beach was not swim able but no worries because having access to the beautiful pools and hot tubs via the Kauai Beach Resort right next door was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back again next year.

Place was exactly as showed on the images. The view was amazing!! Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lucy. There are two things that might need fixing. One would be in the shower, there was a noise coming from the pipes every time someone would shower and the AC was not working or at least we couldn’t make it work. Other than that, the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean!

This place was amazing. The view and location to the beach were unbeatable. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. The bed was comfy and we loved our stay. The AC's were not working or we couldn't figure out how but the breeze and ceiling fans were enough to keep us cool. The amenities were amazing. Pools were great. Loved out stay and a must do again!

Beautiful location close to everything. Condo and accommodations were impeccable with the beach and ocean right outside your window. Waves lull you to sleep each night. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach each morning.

We have stayed here for several years. It has a great central location on the island, between Kapaa and Poipu. The condo has just recently been painted inside, new flooring in the living room and bedroom, 2 new AC units, and reupholstered furniture. The grounds are beautifully kept up and the rental office is very professional and attentive to your needs. We will be back next year!
