Beautiful apartment and great location close to airport and downtown lihue. The only issue was use the balcony. Also my wife forgot the weddings rings and they're very professional and send us for mail the rings. Thank you.

great location
We came back to this location a second time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family, had everything we needed to cook and even had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It’s a great location making exploring the beautiful island easy, and the beach next to it is amazing. Thank you for a great stay!

had a lovely stay!
We spent 3 weeks on Kauai and had a marvelous time. This condo had great amenities, to include beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella! This was a good thing as you are almost right on the beach! The condo was very roomy. We had family visit while there and with two full baths and a large living space we never felt crowded. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with just about anything you would need to cook up your favorite dish. The Kauai Vacation Rentals staff are the nicest and most helpful we have ever encountered...very responsive to our inquiries and worked hard to make our vacation amazing. They are the epitome of 'Aloha Spirit'!

great stay
This condo, D-9 at Kauai Villas, was fantastic! It was giant...plenty of room for 4-6 people...even 8! Fully stocked, we wanted for nothing. All supplies, like soap, toilet paper, laundry stuff, was fully stocked, so go there before you go to the store to see what you might need. I will ALWAYS stay here when going to Kauai...access to the pool next door was great, and the little pool was great too. Just a fab experience! Three balconies for each area was a great feature. The location could not be better...close to EVERYTHING! MY best VRBO rental ever!

kauai getaway
Perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to stay longer! Way better than staying at a hotel. Kitchen, common area and eating area was well worth the little extra money vs a hotel. It was comfortable and we made many new family memories.

a base for your kauai adventures
This villa was a pleasant spot to be based for our 10 days in Kauai. It's central location on the island's road system made it easy to travel to either the north coast or south and around to the west, as well as being less than 10 minutes from the Lihue airport. We had 5 people sharing the villa- one couple and a family of three- so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were pleasant. We also had extended family that stayed in other villas at Kauai Beach Villas- wonderful to have options to all stay nearby! We enjoyed access to the resort pools, and delighted in exploring (not swimming) the ocean beach that is less than a five minute stroll away. It was convenient to have amenities like beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, a can of bug spray, and laundry detergent provided. It was so nice to be able to spin out our swimsuits or wash a load of laundry as needed during our stay! The kitchen was pretty well outfitted; we had to get creative when we had a large group meal needing bowls, but we figured it out and appreciated having measuring cups, a variety of mixing bowls, muffin tins and baking pans, nice pots in a range of sizes.
The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable. Many of the furnishings are aging, but still functional. The bathrooms have updated vanities and flooring, but aging showers/tub. But we went for the island, not the villa! There are AC units in the bedrooms only; use the provided fan to blow cool air into the living space, or just embrace the Hawaii climate. We went in winter and stayed comfortably.
The property management company was very pleasant to work with. They communicated clearly and were responsive to questions/changes/questions. Even though we said we didn't need it fixed during our stay, they sent out a plumber to replace a dripping kitchen faucet. They accomodated our need to pick up keys after hours, and were gracious with check out.

spring break travelers
We enjoyed our stay in this unit. We were surprised by the space that this unit offered, plenty of room for our family of five. The unit was in generally good condition. The furniture was decent and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location was great for traveling to different spots on the island. We enjoyed using the pools at Kauai Beach Resort.

Overall a great location and adequate villa. Need to include that the kitchen has a range. It does, even tho the numbers are all worn off of the dials, so a guessing game as to settings. It is not shown in the photos and when we specifically asked, no precise answer, so we packed a not needed hot plate!! Maids could do a much better cleaning job!!

all time favorite hawaiian rental
This place was amazing. Especially if you have kids. So much space. The bed was very comfortable and allowed enough room for when our little one came into our room at 2 am. The vibe is super comfortable and relaxing. Great deck for late night conversations. I couldn't hear neighbors or people on their decks talking. Parking was great and no problem. Staff was there if we needed them. The beach is beautiful. I can't rate this place higher.

wonderful vacation with young grandchildren
We visited Kauai with our daughter’s family including a two year old and seven year old. Our condo at Kauai Beach Villas was perfect . We had lots of family time together, and could also retreat to our bedroom suite for reading time or Zoom meetings. The pool and beach was a short walk away.

This is a lovely, well appointed, and clean unit. Although there is only AC in the bedrooms, that was all we needed for the 3 weeks we were there. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and pool towels, hangars and a lovely kitchen. We look forward to returning next year!

I loved the vacation condo. Yes it was older and in a wonderful location. We walked to the edge of the lawn and sat on a huge log watching and listening to the ocean. The resort property is so large, that it seemed like we had our own private beach, pool, bar and restaurant! Truly a PARADISE ������

This unit was wonderful! Very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. The lanai off of the living room overlooked the lagoon. The bedrooms also had lanais. The bedrooms, living area, and main lanai are all very large. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs at the villas and also at the Kauai Beach Resort. We enjoyed and walked the beach at the resort, and also it was only a 5 minute drive to Lydgate Beach. The parking was secure and close to the unit. There was a Starbuck’s Coffee Shop in the gift shop at the hotel, as well as other restaurants on the hotel property. The location was convenient to the airport, Lihue and Kapaa. We were in Kauai for our daughter’s wedding, so travelled to Poipu and Koloa a few times, and it was only about a 30 minute drive. The customer service from Kauai Vacation Rentals, both before, during and after our stay was excellent. They always were available to answer our questions. The damage deposit was returned within 2 weeks of our stay. The front desk at the Kauai Beach Hotel was also very friendly and helped with questions. We recommend Kauai Beach Villas D9 to all!

great location on the island
This location was great, centrally located and easy to get anywhere. It was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. The lagoon views were nice and the beach was an easy walk to get to. The only negative were the 4 spiders and the patio screen door was so hard to open.

This condo is completely stocked. We made breakfast and dinners in the condo. As far as things you need for the beach you will need nothing except a bathing suit and coverup. The condo has chairs, an umbrella, toys, etc. We enjoyed our stay in this condo.

great stay on kauai
We rented the unit Kauai Beach Villas for a week in February as a family of 4 with two teenagers. The kids loved the access to the resort pool next door, and we loved being right on the beach, although it's too bad that it's not a swimmable beach. The location is perfect for exploring the whole island and the unit had everything we needed. I appreciated the great communication from Kauai Vacation Rentals as well.

convenient, comfortable
Three of us stayed in D9 two bedroom apartment for 4 nights as part of a 10 night Kauaii family reunion. The villas offered us the flexibility we needed for early flight out. Very close to Lihue and airport, very comfortable, well appointed apartment, good support from KVR and we very much enjoyed our access to the resort facilities. The smaller villa pool was lovely and quieter. We had only one issue, could not get streaming services on in room TV even with help but luckily had brought our own Apple TV.

a comfortable, well-equipped condo
My only complaint is that just the 2 bedrooms in the condo were air-conditioned. The rest of the condo was not.
Other than that, it was well-equipped, in a great location and comfortable.
