heavenly place on earth
The apartment is the best deal you can get: location is great to explore the island. 1,5 hours driving time north and south. Perfectly located at the beach, which is in walking distance. The view to the sea is great, we had perfect sunrises.
The apartment itself is perfectly equipped. Everything we needed was there. Supermarkets, restaurants and foodtrucks only a view minutes to drive. The resort is great with a nice pool, tennis court and BBQ. It was our third time in this apartment and we will certainly come back.

ropp kauai family vacation
Leading up to our week long stay, the communication was super-efficient and positive. The check-in was flawless and instructions on how the condo operated as well as suggested sites to see were readily available. The unit was clean, well-stocked/appointed, and perfectly located in a very quiet beachfront area, on pristine grounds and the views from the patio and interior were breathtaking. There were beach chairs, pool noodles, games, books, and a big selection of TV Channels although we only watched one movie during our stay. The unit has ample room, the kitchen is functional, and the front porch with mountain views is a bonus. We used the laundry facility with no issues and it takes credit card for simplicity. The walking trail along the beach allowed access to the beach and Lyngate Beach Park. I/we highly recommend this property.

great location, clean and well appointed!
We had a wonderful stay at your very well appointed condo. Great location, clean and well supplied.
Two improvements could be providing a couple more dish towels and replacing the porch closet handle assembly. It’s very hard to open.
Also, I unintentionally left the parking pass in the rental car. Sorry.

great location
This was a great location for us. Sunrise was amazing. The beach was right across the lawn. Waveless cove and snorkeling area just a 10 minute walk down a sidewalk. No roads to cross. Perfect area for kids. I would stay here again!

perfect kauai condo
The condo was perfect for our vacation. The view was stunning and instantly put us in vacation mode! The condo was more spacious than the pictures portrayed. It was fully stocked. The grounds were well maintained. The atmosphere of the complex was very relaxed. We were worried about no AC, but we were very comfortable. We loved the easy access to the entire island from this central location. We would definitely return!

wonerful week on the planet
Beautiful place to stay, the sound of the ocean is worth the price of admission, very quiet place , spacious for 4 people, all the ammenities were there. I thought not having A/C might be a problem but the nights were very comfortable, plenty of fans and with the trade winds during the day the temp was just fine. The people at the Kauai Vacations were there to help if needed . Would stay here again , thanks for the memories

perfect location for a getaway
We had a great experience at Kaha Lani 213. We loved the beach views and cool ocean breeze (we visited in May and were comfortable with windows/fans and no A/C), the spacious patio, and the unit itself, which was furnished well and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the beach/pool (beach towels, pool noodles, puddle jumper, snorkeling gear, camping chairs). The unit has direct access to the beach (1-2 minutes away), and you can walk along the pathway to go to Lydgate beach park/pools/playground (5-10 min away); it was really nice to go to the beach without having to drive. The location is not walkable to restaurants but it was a convenient, short drive (5-10 min) away from lots of restaurants in Kapaa and Lihue, and was a great central location for visiting all other parts of the island. We would definitely come back to stay at Kaha Lani 213 again!

family vacation
Our experience with the rental was everything we hoped for! The view was amazing, the easy access to the beach was perfect for my family, watching the sunrise every morning was like a dream. The amenities provided in the rental were extremely useful and helpful. My kids enjoyed snorkeling and playing in the sand with the beach toys. When we come back to Kauai, we would absolutely love to stay here again.

escape to paradise
No words can describe the beauty of both the resort and Kauai. This was my first time, and my wife's third visit. The room and all amenities included were perfect. We are just sorry for forgetting to sign in on the visitors' book that was in the room from the host so for that we both apologize, and please let them know in regards. My wife and I are already planning our next trip (GOD willing) next year around same time. Until then "Aloha and Mahalo"

I have a wonderful time during my stay in this unit! I had everything I needed, for the most part. I didn't bring shampoo or lotion with me because the description states that it was supplied. I went to the front desk and the lady gave me some for my stay. The bed in the master BR upstairs was VERY comfortable! I was there alone so I don't know what the downstairs bed was like. Had a problem with the shower door in the master bath upstairs. It was hanging loose on the bottom but I called it in and it was fixed within 24 hours.
The grounds at Kaha Lani are exquisite and very well maintained! The pool, although small, is plenty large enough for a nice dip in the evenings or during the day. The resort is quiet and feels very safe! This is the third time I've stayed at the resort (first time in 213) and it's always been very comfortable. I would recommend this to a couple or seniors wanting a quiet, peaceful place to stay while on magnificent Kauai.
The unit is a bit surrounded with other condos/lanais compared to others I've stayed in there before which makes it lack the privacy the others have had. When sitting out on the deck in the evenings, there was a very bright floodlight shining on the side of the building to the right of the condo. This made it a bit unpleasant to sit out in the evenings. I understand they need that for security purposes but wonder if the complex could replace it with a downward shining light. That would be great!
Overall, I would definitely recommend this unit for a stay!

wonderful place to stay
Beautiful clean condo with a beautiful view. Convenient to airport and many attractions. The condo provided many items for us to use such as snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach toys, water shoes, pool noodles, etc. Nice breeze off the ocean kept our unit cool without air conditioning. If we return to Kauai we will definately stay here.

great place to stay
This was the perfect condo for our stay. The view from the lanai was wonderful and we ate out there every morning. The location was very nice with a park next door and a very nice path along the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

loved it here
The location, view and accommodations were all wonderful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. It was nice to be able to cook meals in. It was really nice to have beach supplies available like chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler etc. We liked the central Kapa'a location of the island. There are nice beaches near by and easy to get north or south on the island. We would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Kauai Vacation Rentals was extremely professional and communicative. Alicia was particularly friendly and helpful. The unit was as described. I have owned a similar business in another state and I can say that they did everything right. Would absolutely go through them again!
