comfortable and beautiful stay
This is the third time we have rented this unit, we love it, and this time was especially great as we had pretty mnuch ideal weather to enjoy the local north shore experience. love the morning golf course walk, the sunrise from lanai, and the sunsets from across the street. the beach umbrella was broken so we asked for a new one, which was provided right away - great service!

review of hanalei bay villas unit#21
We were pleasantly surprised by many things about the condo from the moment we arrived. The grounds are immaculate, and the foliage is lush & lovely. Everything we could want was already present in the condo; so well stocked! Really comfortable and home-like. Great view of mountains behind golf course, and partial view of Hanalei Bay. The only faults I noticed is that the upstairs toilet was constantly refilling because its valve was faulty, about 5 of the windows had inoperable openers for the slats, and the buttons on the dishwasher were damaged & barely operable. In my opinion, given how expensive hotels are, the price for renting this condo was a great value. It was nice being able to save money by purchasing groceries and cooking. The amenities are Wonderful and we greatly appreciated having them. We definitely would stay there again.

wonderful house in a wonderful setting
Thank you for sharing your beautiful hawaïen home with us. It made all the difference especially given the variable weather. Your many hawaïen artifacts proved very interesting as well as the ambitious golfers below on the golf course.

beautiful home, nice location
Overall, we were very happy with the rental. The only drawback was the lawn mowing that the golf course did every couple of days at 6am in the morning

beatutiful views and serenity
Our stay at Hanalei Bay Villas #21 was fantastic!
The view from the balconies was the best thing to wake up to and just sit in the peace of the island. The nature and the animals made it feel magical.
Close to both the grocery/restaurants in Princeville as well as Hanalei Bay there is plenty around. We didn't want to leave.
The villas are private even though they are close because of the landscaping and how they are situated. It had everything we needed to cook and we could pack lighter due to the washer and dryer.
Would recommend staying here for sure.

amazing views and location!
10 days at Hanalei Bay Villas #21 was an excellent place for us to stay. We've been to Princeville 9 times and love the location. The views of the mountains and Hanalei bay are amazing! The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, we liked having 2 full baths! The ceiling fans kept the temperature very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the appliances all worked well. We'll stay here again if we can.
The maintenance crew at the golf course started bright and early every morning!

This is the fourth time we've stayed at Hanalei Bay Villas #21. It is beautifully decorated with a great view of the mountains. Very close to Hideaways Beach. Kauai Vacation Rentals has always been wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again.

Wow! This property is so great! Princeville is beautiful! The condo is so loved and cared for. The view from the lanai was gorgeous. simply perfect
The Hanalei Bay Villas rental was everything that was promised and more. We enjoyed the perfect combination of activity and relaxation in the Villa, and in the surrounding areas. This was our first time to Kauai, and it's hard for us to imagine preferring a different location. We loved that we were a quick drive from Princeville and Hanalei Bay, but also not right in town. The view was beautiful, and we had very little noise from neighbors. Thanks so much to the owners, the cleaners, and the management company!

awesome view
Pictures do not do the views justice, great location, and condo was everything we expected. Close to our favorite restaurant the Bistro in Kilauea. We will definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to the "Garden Isle".

probably one of the best short-term rentals in princeville
My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-night stay at Hanalei Bay Villas 21. The two-story apartment is very private, totally separate from the other bungalows. The view is breathtaking. At one point an alarm went off in the bathroom, the management company was there in less than 30 mn to fix the issue. Only downside: from the balcony at night, you can hear the hum of the engines of the One Hotel AC in the distance. If you are looking for 100% quiet, that might annoy you.

breathtaking view
We spent a great week at Hanalei Bay Villa 21. The condo was spacious and very inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the upper lanai taking in the amazing scenery and watching the golfers on the Maki golf course. You could see the bay of Hanalei in the distance. Just a short walk across the street was the beautiful sunset. The condo is a short drive to several great beaches. There isn’t a pool in this complex but the beaches were great nearby. There is a secret beach a short walkable distance across the road which is a steep slope that many vacationers frequent. It is a short distance to Queen’s Bath as well. We enjoyed our stay.

hanalei bay villas july 23
This was a very comfortable villa, with outstanding views and exceedingly well equipped. The owners had lots of very interesting Hawaiian historical items displayed. This was a perfect adult only villa after a week with 10 family members in a VRBO nearby. Rainy nights brought beautiful morning rainbows!
A short walk to the hotel bar with delicious $24 margaritas and fun bartenders. Hideaways beach entrance is right across the street. VERY happy with our stay!

We have stayed in many Hanalei Bay Villas! This is one of the best! It is owner lived in and owner loved! Some of them are so tired and abused because they are only in a rental pool. The families old photos and invitations and other memorabilia make you feel as a guest! Super clean and all amenities! We just got back and booked another stay!

This condo is a wonderful stand alone home. It is very well finished, and equipped. The views were impressive, and the golf holes in front were entertaining. Be prepared for an early rise due to golf course maintenance, and the usual roosters.

This rental is top notch. Excellent location with walking access to three beaches. The condo is exceptionally clean and well furnished. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Beach towels/chairs/gear provided. Avocado tree right outside the door, bonus! Overlooking the golf course with distant ocean view AND a Mountain View, what more could you ask for. It’s great!

fabulous condo
This condo (#21) was absolutely beautiful. It was completely stocked, even had olive oil, coffee filters and spices for cooking and everything we needed for a beach day. The view was breathtaking and sitting on the lanai, drinking morning coffee seeing a rainbow and a peak at Hanalei Bay...well it doesn’t get better. Location in Princeville, cleanliness, comfort were 100%. Thank you to the hosts who thought of everything to make it a great stay. We will return.

princeville getaway ....
We had a fabulous trip to Kauai and our stay at villa #21 was a highlight. Kauai Vacation rental was great to work with as well. Sitting on the deck watching the golfers below is was fun and Hanalei Bay in the distance was gorgeous. 2 beachs walkable from villa and great viewpoint across the road. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed..plus they had items to use at the beach, big bonus. If you don't like being awaken by roosters then don't go to Kauai...loved it. Also mowers start at 6:30am on the golf course but since we were up having our coffees watching sunrise it didn't bother us. Mahalo for sharing this home..

amazing villa overlooking golf course & hanalei bay
This was a great villa, better than anticipated. Close to Hide-away beach & Queens Bath, drivable to many other attractions, yet great walkable areas.
The condo itself was very comfortable & spacious. The pantry was stocked with spices, oils, plenty of pans and cooking utensils. We ate out on the lanai daily watching golfers, enjoying the view and amazing weather!
The bed was very comfortable. They supplied us with beach items ( towels, chairs, mats, coolers), just about anything we needed.
In fact, I felt like they anticipated our every need. When we arrived there was a reusable bag for groceries and a small cooler filled with local snacks for us to take home with us. The snacks were excellent- I bought all of them to take home as gifts. It was great knowing immediately what was local and good!
We spent 2 weeks in Kauai, 1 week here and this was our favorite villa.
We will be back! Thank you for incredible memories❤️

Perfectly situated within walking distance to multiple beaches, a 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay, and with stunning mountain views, Hanalei Bay Villas are the best place to stay in Princeville and perhaps the whole North Shore. More than worth the price.
