Nestled on a bluff above the Pacific, this lovely Princeville condominium offers wonderful ocean, mountain and waterfall views, terrific amenities and abundant living and lanai space for families, couples and small groups. It is 1281 square feet with two full baths and sleeps 4-6 comfortably.

This top-floor, corner condo (#4-310) is very quiet and private. You'll enjoy great ocean views from the kitchen, lanai and living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright, open and comfortable "home away from home" for you and your guests.

The master bedroom offers gorgeous mountain, waterfall, and Bali Hai views. It has a king bed, reading area, wet bar, and private lanai. The second bedroom is a spacious upstairs loft with two full-sized beds and mountain and waterfall views.

The front lanai is one of the nicest at The Cliffs. Because of the condo’s corner location, the lanai is open on two sides and offers 180-degree views. And because it faces west, it is protected from Hawaii's easterly trade winds and stays calm and pleasant for you to enjoy breakfast, supper or a lazy afternoon.

With its two stories and corner location, this condo feels more like a town home. Stay here once and you’re sure to return!

The Cliffs Resort rests on 22 acres of lush tropical garden land, close to pristine white sand beaches and 45 holes of world-class golf at Princeville. The Cliffs features a large swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, barbecue areas near each building, oceanfront gazebos and lounge areas, bicycle rentals, a fitness center, a kids’ playground, a putting/chipping green, and tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and pickle-ball courts. The Cliffs also provides an on-site activity desk, business center, onsite video rental and 24-hour security.

This is a beautiful unit everything you need to feel right at home. The views and location are perfect for getting to town and walks to the beach, right near activities on the property, the golf course and Princeville! The sunsets on the lawn are incredible and peaceful. We loved all of the artwork and comfort of the unit and would return in a heartbeat. The rental agency was accommodating and helpful! Thanks for another great and welcome visit to Kauai!

We stayed at the The Cliffs We really enjoyed our condo it had everything we needed and more. We had a beautiful view of the ocean morning and evenings the breeze coming in from the front and the back which made our condo very comfortable we loved our condo and will definitely stay again thank you

The Cliffs Unit 4-310 was perfect for our adult family of 4. The unique art was so fun! Sunsets were amazing either right on our lanai or out on the lawn at the cliffs just a short walk away. Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was so convenient. We loved it!

The place was setup great. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The view was fantastic. Had a lot of room for the family to spread out and relax. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The managing agency was great to work with and made it super easy to get checked in and out.

This was our first stay here and we were very happy with our accommodations. The décor is bright and colorful, with high quality custom art work… we felt like we were staying at our best friend’s home, not a vacation rental. The furniture is very nice, comfortable and clean, both inside and on the two spacious patios. It is very private and quiet location and feels like a private home. 

We both enjoy cooking and the kitchen is complete and well stocked with spices and the all the essentials. The view from the main patio and the kitchen is outstanding, with a sweeping view from mountains all the way to the ocean. The numerous high-quality BBQs on the grounds are under gazebos so we could grill in any weather. 

We particularly enjoyed the main patio because it is comfortable, dry, and not windy, regardless of the weather. The amazing views over the trees, neighboring pool and ocean provided non-stop beauty and ever-changing scenery for our entire stay. We love it!

This is the second year we've stayed at the Cliffs (same unit) and absolutely loved it! We spent lots of our time at the beaches around the island. I probably read about 5 books from the bookshelf which was a nice change of pace from my life back home. We will definitely be back as the Cliffs is starting to feel like our second home. Mahalo! We always enjoy our stay in Kauai. This is our second time at the Cliffs and we really enjoy it. It’s a beautiful view and a beautiful condo it has everything we need.

This rental was the right size for the 5 of us and we used the lanai constantly for meals, early morning coffee and just to read and watch sunrise/sunset. The kitchen was well stocked and we had enough towels for showers, beach and pool. The beach chairs were greatly appreciated. My only negative comment would be the overwhelming amount of “nick nacks” and decorations in the unit. If you are someone who likes a more modern decor, this place is not for you.

We loved our stay! The condo is in a great condition, very well stocked kitchen. The interior is amazing, very Hawaiian. The lanai is everything you need in HI. Very large, big dining table. Our family of 6 was enjoying the outside area all of time while looking at the ocean views. They have beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, coolers inside the condo. The Cliffs complex is very well maintained. The pool area is amazing. The location is a few minutes away from Princeville shopping center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs in 4310! The view from the lanai was so beautiful. We enjoyed all our meals out there looking at the ocean and listening to the birds. Everything was in good condition and we had everything we needed. The kitchen gets very warm in the afternoon, as the sun comes right in the tall windows with no shades on them. The condo cooled down at night and we were very comfortable sleeping with the ceiling and floor fans. We enjoyed the pickle ball court - that was a bonus! And we took a few bike rides on the available beach cruisers - rode to Queen's Bath for a swim, and the farmer's market on Saturday. Foodland was not far away and we enjoyed a meal at Tiki Iniki and got take out from Lotus Garden. The beach chairs, umbrella, extra cooler bag, snorkel equipment was handy. Packing tip: bring Chip Clips!

This spot was great overall. The location had a great view of the ocean and the overall grounds at the Cliffs were perfect. Super easy to go swimming in the pool or play a round of tennis, shuffleboard or pickle-ball. The location is not within easy walking distance of a beach but there are some great beaches close by (Hanalei Bay is great for a beach day while Anini beach is great for snorkeling with sea turtles). The unit itself is very spacious which easily accommodated our family of 5. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms made staying there for 8 days easy. None of the units there have A/C so be ready for constant humidity while you stay but the fairly steady breeze through the unit was quite lovely as the weather there is amazing.

The only negatives about the place which kept it from being 5 stars across the board was the unit only came with 2 bath towels which was strange since the unit says it will sleep 6. It had 4 beach towels but those weren't useful once wet and full of sand from the beach. Luckily the place has a nice washer and dryer so we found ourselves using that often to keep the towels semi-fresh. We also had an issue with the dishwasher as it simply didn't work at all so we needed to hand wash all our dishes all week. There were also several dishes, pots and cups that were either chipped, cracked or marred and should be replaced.

The double check in can be a little clunky (have to pick up your key in Lihue when you arrive and then check in again at the Cliffs to get your pool and parking passes) but overall not a big deal. Also be careful with the door when you leave as it auto-locks behind you. We didn't have an issue but our friends staying in another unit locked themselves out when they first arrived and it took a bit for them to get us let back in.

Overall though the place is great and the location is amazing and would certainly recommend it as we had a great time.

First and foremost, the condo was AMAZING! Artfully decorated, beautifully appointed, and the provisions offered were a blessing. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We had other family staying at another location and they spent all their time at our condo!The support and communication we were offered from Kauai Vacation Rentals was incredible. They helped us with a few minor issues at the condo efficiently and successfully.And when we forgot a few items in the washer (our mistake), they were prompt to go to the unit, pick up said items and ship them immediately back to us. Look no further than this very special unit, absolutely amazing!

The Cliffs 4-310 is a fantastic place to stay. It is well maintained, wonderfully decorated, and had all the necessary items needed for cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry. We fell in love with Kauai. This place made us feel like we were home. I highly recommend and would pick the same place in a heartbeat. A special thanks to the family who owns this condo for opening their home to us. I hope to someday visit again soon.
