This place is incredible. One of my favorite units I have ever stayed in Kauai and an absolute pleasure to spend a week here. Perfectly located on the north shore, food trucks and coffee on property, staff was very friendly and a great comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

cliffs princeville
The management company was really efficient and helpful. The place was clean and nice. AC should really be added to the living room, it was too hot to sleep on the pull out couch. Near really cooled down in living with just the fans. There wasn't much wind during our stay. Luckily there was just my daughter and I, so we shared the primary bedroom that had AC. Although it was so loud with AC and fans going, you have to deal with the white noise. After reading other reviews, I agree with putting a curtain by the front door for the hallway light, it is very bright if you have to sleep in the living room. I also agree that the pool water seemed a bit cloudy, maybe with everyone's sunscreen washing off? IDK. Great location overall. It was great to have beach chairs, ice chest and umbrella to borrow.

this unit is a great place to stay!
This unit is a great place to stay! We’ve stayed at The Cliffs before, and it’s close to everything we love to do. The pool is fun, the resort offers plenty of on-site events and food trucks, and of course, you’re right on the ocean.
The only drawback is the bright stairwell lights. They stay on all night, and if someone is sleeping on the fold-out couch, it feels like trying to sleep in front of a car with its high beams on. The resort explained that the lights are required for safety and can’t be turned off, but I’d recommend the owners consider installing a blackout shade on the front window to make the space more comfortable.
Oh the roosters are horrible too, but they rule the island.

great condo with a view of the ocean
This is a very nice property conveniently located. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The king bed was also very comfortable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to worry about dirty laundry.

cliffs north shore
The condo was great. Did not like the bathrooms because there wasn't a countertop to put your items on. It was nice having two bathrooms. We had a problem with the refrigerator icing up in the freezer. Couldnm't be fixed until after we left.

40th anniversary trip
The condo was just as advertised, it’s a very nice, clean, well equipped unit in an absolutely beautiful location, we loved it. The rental company was excellent to deal with, very professional and communicated everything to us in advance. We would highly recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

great stay and location!
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we are returning locals to the island and needed something close to family and our favorite spots..this was it! The condo is clean, convenient and easily accessible. I own a cleaning company and have high standards, I couldn't find any neglect in this rental and can't wait to return when we visit family again. The price alone is incredible for the north shore :)

spacious, clean, and ideally located
Great condo, larger than expected with a sizable covered balcony. Appreciated having bikes to use to ride around and check out the Princeville area. Located conveniently to Hanalei for shopping and meals out. We'd stay here again!

beautiful cliffs on the north shore
We really enjoy our spot at the Cliffs. We have a view of whales and various birds from our balcony and access to a lovely pool and BBQ area. We also really enjoy the chairs out on the cliff's edge.

beautiful location, spacious unit, clean
Accommodations were perfect. Loved the 2 bathrooms which most 1 bedrooms only have 1. Only 2 of us so it was very spacious. W/D in the unit was also a bonus. Nice ocean view and grounds are well kept. BBQs very clean and tidy. Loved this unit.

great location in bldg 4.
We rented the spacious one bedroom two bath unit and it had a very nice layout. We could open the windows to the patio near the living room and also the patio doors to the balcony of the bedroom and have air passing through the unit that kept it cool. There was an air conditioner unit in the master bedroom but we never had to use it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. There is a full-size refrigerator and plenty of More than four people. This is an older unit and not maintained as a timeshare. It needs some work as far as painting, replacing doors, and perhaps more comfortable furniture. Our son traded a timeshare into a unit in another building and we visited him and the lighting was much better and the furniture was much more substantial. I would really recommend these owners to add additional lighting over the couch in the living room, and perhaps in the bedroom. There was no place to really sit and read inside the unit we had to go outside to get enough light to read a book.

easy place to stay
We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this rental unit. The living areas and master bedroom were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the location of this unit was within easy walking distance to the pool. The condo was very clean, with a little bit of wear and tear that naturally happens in a tropical environment. I also want to thank the staff at the property management office. I had a few questions before our visit, and their responses were always friendly and thorough.

peaceful princeville
Peaceful, relaxing, perfect view. This property is immaculately landscaped, was quiet, and this particular unit had a great view! Loved having 2 full bathrooms, a/c in bedroom, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and a great lanai with an ocean and garden view. Parking was also close to the unit. It is an older property and needs a few minor repairs: kitchen screen, bathtub needs refinishing, bedroom lanai lock-frozen- couldn't access, sprayer on kitchen faucet broken, and a few other minor things. We didn't spend much time in the unit, so really didn't matter to us. We only visited the pool once and the water could have been cleaner.

a great week at cliffs 4-207
We had a great time at the Cliffs 4-207. The unit was well furnished, has a peekaboo view of the ocean, and everything you need in the kitchen. The property has great amenities. The only downside is the size of the pool area. Don't expect for there to be any spices or left behind non perishable kitchen items. This is not a negative but only for information. Many units I have rented in the past have them. Many great beaches close by. Recommend this property. Kauai Vacation Rentals was great to work with as well.

This was our first trip to Kauai. We had a fabulous time. The property is clean and welcoming. Plenty of space the rooms. The owners were good. I do wish there would have been some of the basics such as spices, plastic wrap etc. But over all, I would stay again.

cute little ocean view condo
This rental was great for our 8 day stay in Kauai. Great location with a lanai that had ocean views. Walk down to the cliffs overlooking the ocean for an awesome sunset (off to the left). The bed in the master was very comfortable and the a/c in the master was nice. Some of the decor could use a little updating, and a fan in the living area would make a world of difference, but it was clean and location was awesome! Short drive to Hanalei for some shops, dining, and a great beach.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Great facility, great unit, great amenities.
Loved the space, the lanai, the location, the view for morning breakfasts and walking around the grounds and the surrounding area. Location-wise, local park, golf course path, access to local beaches, grocery store and ice cream (very important) - all easy short drives and walkable if you're in the mood.
Used one of the outdoor BBQs, swam in the pools every day, played tennis multiple times. Nothing was missing, in my estimation.
The teams at Kauai Vacation Rentals and the on-grounds people at The Cliffs were all great, too.
Would absolutely stay here again.

The Cliffs condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped with all kitchen equipment and even beach towels and chairs. The nightly trip to watch the sunset on the Cliffs was wonderful!

fantastic stay on kauai
The Cliffs was the perfect place to stay. The property was beautiful with a fitness center, tennis courts, waterfall pool and hot tub. The condo was spacious with a full kitchen and two lanais (one overlooking the ocean). Location is close to all
major points of interest by car. Wonderful stay!
