Every single expectation of mine was met for this first vacation rental experience - to world class standards. The Pali Ke Kua #104 property itself was not only immaculate, but also exceedingly well thought out for absolutely every single item included in the condo. We cook and bake; this particular condo included absolutely everything we ever wanted. The condominium complex grounds were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were better than at any hotel for ambiance, safety and cleanliness. This particular condo in the Pali Ke Kua property is one that I can recommend without any reservations. The view in the photo IS the view you see! :) You see no one when you're in the condo. What a getaway World class experience. Felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was comfortable and had all the amenities one could want except for a grill on the Lanai; that would have been very helpful. The booking process with Kauai Vacation Rentals was easy. We will book through them again on our next trip to Kauai.

The condo was in a very nice area and was nicely appointed. The view of the sunset every evening was amazing and there was a fantastic breeze coming in from the ocean. There is also a beach right below the condo with a walkway down to it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous vacation at this Pali Ke Kua condo. We have stayed in various PKK units in the past. This one was super clean with good amenities, and a fantastic view of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay area. We also found Kauai Vacation Rentals to be super to work with. We left a wallet in the unit, and the housekeeper got it to the office, who had it FedEx shipped to us. Terrific service. We plan to return as soon as we can!

This is our 3rd time staying here in the last 3 years. We absolutely love it! The location is great as we love Princeville, and the view is STUNNING, condo is comfortable with everything you need. We love cooking our dinners every night, kitchen had what we needed and it's great having the washer/dryer in the unit! We will be back!

Harsh fluorescent overhead lighting that made turning the overhead lights on, the only source of light in the condo, a blinding experience.

Very well organized rental experience. Good communication and instructions pre-arrival. Felt much more confident renting through Kauai Vacation Rentals than VRBO or Airbnb.
Property was as described and very clean. All appliances were working well and appear to have been recently upgraded. Bathroom could use a partial remodel - new shower head, toilet seat doesn't fit toilet, new sink faucet. Minor stuff and did not detract from the whole.

We enjoyed our stay at Pali Ke Kua. Check-in was easy. Had a snafu because our unit was beneath one that was being remodeled and it was noisy, but management gave us a new unit immediately. The views from the units of Hanalea Bay and the ocean are spectacular and we were visited by the Nenes in front of our unit ever morning. Unit was clean and well-appointed.

The property was decent and part have been updated, but some areas really need a refresh.
For example, the bathroom vanity had been updated but the flooring, closets and shower were very weathered. The doors on the closet didn't close all the way and were out of the sliding track when we arrived. I was able to pop one back in but it just kept popping out, making the entry into the bathroom tight to navigate since it's next to the door.
The shower head sprayed every which way, which was a little tricky but usable.
The floors in the bathroom and kitchen both need to be updated or at least given a thorough cleaning. I spilled some water from the fridge filter and when I wiped it up the paper towels came up black (and this was on the day we arrived - eek!)
The location is great, the views from the lanai can't be beat, but they're really relying on the location to get by with the less than desirable parts of the property. Just felt a bit overpriced for the quality.

This condo was perfect for my friends attending our wedding. Great ocean and Bali Hai views. Nice to be able to walk out onto lawn. Close to the trail to walk down to beach. Very very nice beach below the condos. Steep walk back up but the path is concrete and has benches if people need to rest. Condo nicely furnished and everything worked. Decent breeze through the condo at night but still needed an ac unit in the bedroom in Oct.

Our stay was perfect... the views right out the back door were tremendous (I’m a photographer and captured the perfect sunset). The condo was very clean, quiet, and well-taken care of. A short location to Hideaways beach and Queens bath made the stay very convenient. A bonus which we were unaware of: there is a private path to an ocean front area just below the condo. Excellent management staff and easy pickup / drop off. We’ve stayed at locations around the world. This is among our favorites. We have already recommended the condo and Kauai Vacation Rentals to family and friends. Thank you for hosting a perfect vacation!

Great place to stay! Desperately needs a sun shade on the lanai though. Very hot in the afternoon with direct sun. Looked liked this was the only unit without one. Upstairs is loud and we can hear everything but nothing you can do about that.

This unit has the best view you could imagine, and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom vanity. We sipped our coffee from the lanai every morning and watched the light change over mountains beyond Hanalei Bay. Kitchen was fully stocked, so cooking at home was easy. The private beach access trail to Hideaway Beach made for a beautiful morning. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay! We were able to watch whales and great sunsets from the balcony. The unit is in a central location with a walking running path nearby. The unit was a little dated but was clean and comfortable. The shower had perfect power and was delightful. We enjoyed snorkeling at Anini beach.

It looks just like the photos! Beautiful view from the living room and kitchen! One of the best sunset viewing places on the North side of the Island! Just wish there was a BBQ area and more socialization with other guests. We had no problems with the condo other than not being able to get the stereo to work. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, but bring your own cooking oil, seasonings, etc. A bonus item would be stocking a cooler! The Nene's come to visit each morning and evening. It is a nice, comfortable place to stay.
