great condo, perfect location for the island, amazing for kids!
We had a wonderful time at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo was easily accessible, quick walk to the pool, and right around the corner from the beach. We felt very safe being on the first floor. The condo unit had almost everything you need for a home away from home. They had all necessary kitchen utensils to make meals. They also provided shopping bags for when you need to run across the street to Safeway (literally across the street). The setup of the condo was great for our family, especially having the shower in a separate space than the main part of the bathroom with counter space to have privacy while others were getting ready. There were beach chairs and a cooler, in unit washer and dryer, full size fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher. The only suggestion I would have is to update the couch and the hide-a-bed inside. The base for the bed in the couch was not even possible to sleep on. It’s so warped you would have a bar in your back the entire night. Also, the drain in the bathtub was not sealed correctly and was constantly draining unless being held down. All in all it was a great place!

great spot
Great spot with responsive management. Beautiful beach and pool, with lots of stuff close by. Coconut Narketplace had lots of food options that were reasonably priced.

great escape vacation; fun for the kids and family
The condo is nicely maintained with cooking amenities, comfortable bed, a sofa bed (we did not try but it's there), hot water in the shower, a large jacuzzi tub, and lots of room for our toddler to do his thing. We did not pack many indoor activities but there is a Ross right across the street where I was able to get some coloring items and a replacement purse. The location of the condo in the resort is great because it's right next to the parking and tucked in enough to not get the noise from the central pool/lazy river area. But it is close walking distance to the pool area and the beach which was amazing! Driving proximity is great also. Close enough to the airport, Kapa'a Market, about an hour drive to Princeville (such a beautiful drive). One lane streets mostly so being close enough to the airport was good (12 min drive) and prevented the stress of getting stuck in traffic. We loved the lazy river and our son loved the kids jacuzzi. Overall we loved our stay here and would consider staying here again.

a nice place to stay
This is our 3rd time staying in the Kapaa area and our second time stay here. We like the privacy of the site, convenience of the location and amenities. We give it 4 stars this time because the BBQ’s didn’t work and the WiFi lagged just as much as not being on WiFi. The gym is a great addition and has a majority of what most people need for their stay, but it was out of water half way through our trip. Other than those minor issues, we had a good time.

beautiful property
Spacious and clean. The view is of the parking lot but beach access is around the corner. Floor level was also nice. Quiet area and beautiful resort.

ideal condo for an amazing vacation! clean and fully stocked!
This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and A105 has been our favorite. We loved the location of the unit. It was stocked with everything we needed and included beach chairs and an umbrella which we loved. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Can’t wait to come back.

comforts of home with the bonus of a sunrise beach
We arrived in the dark due to the late flight arrival from Canada. Kauai Vacation Rentals left a nice welcoming bag, with all the instructions and Aloha we needed to settle in. The unit was well equipped, easy to keep comfortable, and nicely located to come and go each day from the pool, beach, Oasis restaurant and the many adventurous excursions on Kauai.

amazing christmas trip
The condo was in spotless condition. My daughter enjoyed the pool even though it wasn't heated. The condo was centrally located for all our trips on the island. There was plenty of parking available for our entire 2 week trip. We would definitly stay here next time.

kauai vacation 2023
Your location was great on the ground level very easy to load and unload and close to the pool and beach.
The condo was well appointed and had everything we required and some nice added touches as well with the cooler, beach chairs etc.
the room was clean and well presented.
Thank you for the opportunity to rent your suite it was our 6th visit to Waipouli and we will be back again.

The bedroom smelled musty and I would change the bedroom curtain because you can see thru it at night. Anybody walking to the building can see you from the parking lot. The fan for cooking wasn't working.

great unit
Every year we stay a week in Kauai with a large group for a golf tournament. This is the first time we stayed at Waipouli A-105. The unit was clean, furnished nicely (the bed was very comfy) and the location was great. Easy check in and out. Thanks KVR

great price. perfect location
Stayed with my boyfriend. Loved thst the car was right outside to our car. Everything was clean, supplies fir kitchen , and beach items were nice. The condo is right by Safeway and easy to walk to restaurant s and beach.

a magical and relaxing stay..
We did a ton of research before selecting this resort. It has everything we were looking for-central location, beach and pool access, central air, washer/dryer in unit, two bathrooms, etc. It absolutely exceeded our expectations so much so we want to come back year after year.

The condo is in a convenient location for exploring the island of Kauai. The pool and lazy river at the resort provided good entertainment for adults and children. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We used the cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas multiple times-it was great to find them in the closet for our use.

I love staying at Waipouli Beach Resort and this unit A-105 was perfect for my stay. The resort has so many amenities it's wonderful. Highly recommended. The unit was clean and dealing with the Kauai rentals was easy. I would stay here again any day.

beautiful property in great location

The condo was very nice and the beach and pool were great. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open many of the days we were there so we didn't get to try it. However there is several places to eat within walking distance so not a real issue.

perfect location, well equipped home
Convenient to all sides of the island, shopping, dining, beach. Easy parking and easy access to the pool and hot tubs! Beautiful property, condo was well furnished and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy, as was the rest of the furniture. KVR excelled, as always. Condo was clean and well stocked from the linens to the kitchen. Altho the Lanai looked out to the parking lot, landscaping obscured anyone looking our way and it still felt private.
