almost paradise
We had a wonderful stay at Villas Of Kamalii. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The area was quiet and felt very safe throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
One of the highlights was the pool — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. We also loved having access to the community grill area. It was great being able to cook outside and enjoy meals in the warm evening weather. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing Hawaii vacation spot.

beautiful villa
The Villa was beautiful and the community was great.. The location was perfect. Not far from the beach close to cute town of Hanalei. Foodland and shave ice were close by.

great place in a great location
We loved our stay in Kamalii 7. The unit was clean with everything you need. We appreciated having the 6 beach chairs (4 working), 2 beach umbrellas and 2 little coolers to take to the beach. The only thing we would recommend is putting blinds up for the bathroom window downstairs. The unit adjacent to this unit has a direct view from their living room upstairs into the bathroom window downstairs.

Although dishwasher was broken the stay was fine. Short term Rentals are getting out of control on nightly pricing.

great location, spacious, comfortable!
We had everything we needed! The location was great, a short drive to the beach, close to a grocery store. Lots of room for our family to spread out, tall ceilings make the already spacious villa appear even bigger. Safe, quiet, comfortable. Loved it, and we will be back!

Beautiful condo conveniently located across from the pool. The pool was warm & clean, also not overly busy. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and needs replaced, the beach umbrella was broken. The beds were very comfortable & the condo was spotless . Would rent again.

Our family just returned from an amazing vacation stay at VoK #7! First, excellent customer service (reservation, communication)! Second, place is beautifully clean, well-maintained, in a quiet condo community, close to the beach (and all places of interests on the North Shore). Third, loved the spacious bedrooms, appreciated and extensively used the well-appointed kitchen, as well as the inviting balcony - superb sunrises, great views of the Makai golf court. Fourth, the nearby pool and jacuzzi were the enjoyable attraction of every evening!
Loved very much our stay at Villas of Kamalii's #7, looking forward to returning at this location for more Kauai adventures / vacations!! :)

This unit was so perfect for our two-week stay! It was a home away from home, so quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a cozy home base! lovely townhouse in princeville

We really enjoy the condo for spaciousness, kitchen is well stocked with very nice pots/pans and utensils and the location within the complex is great. Only drawback is one TV for a unit that accommodates 6 people

beautiful, well appointed condo
We loved this beautifully cleaned condo and appreciated the two bedrooms with baths downstairs with an additional room (foldout couch) and bath upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs. The location in Princeville is excellent and the views are gorgeous. Very good value and an excellent company to work with. Highly recommended.

spring in kauai
It was wonderful staying at Villas of Kamalii #7. Springtime is wonderful!
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for bringing us the drying rack, a necessity in Kauai. It was amazing having Coffe on the balcony, watching the Nenes, chickens and beautiful views. I was sad that we couldn’t come visit the team at KVR. Covid has made us all afraid. Thank you for all you have done to make our stay the best holiday we’ve had! We can’t wait to return next year.

wonderful stay
We had a great family vacation with our kids and their spouses. Plenty of room for being together and each couple had their own room. We loved having 3 bathrooms with showers which made getting ready, or cleaning up after our outings quick and easy. It was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The beach towels, chairs & boogie boards were nice amenities, and we loved having a washer & dryer.
The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to be in it at the same time.
We slept comfortably on the sofa sleeper in the den, surprisingly. Our kids said their mattresses were indented and not so comfortable for them.
The complex is beautiful, well-kept and quiet.
Kauai Vacation Rentals did a great job of communicating before, during and after our stay. They provided helpful information to make our stay on Kauai wonderful.

loved our stay
We had such a wonderful stay at Villas of Kamalii. The unit was so spacious for our group and the kitchen was great. Every morning we made a giant breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful view. The unit had everything you need for a day at the beach including boogie boards and beach umbrellas. We were a little concerned that the unit didn’t have AC since we were there in the summer, but with the fans and windows open, we were very comfortable! I would definitely rebook this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai’s north shore.

perfect vacation
Wow! Just wow! Talking about a perfect vacation! We absolutely loved our stay at Villas of Kamalii 7. It’s a beautiful, spacious, clean townhouse with gorgeous views of a golf course and mountains. It’s location within the complex is very convenient as it is situated close to the pool, hot spa and the grill. Also, the location of this property is convenient and close to everything in the northern part of the island.
The house had everything we needed: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.
The rental agency was great to work with. Agents were very easy to communicate with, they responded quickly to all of my questions and requests. Our laundry dryer stopped working during our stay; when I contacted the agency they were very polite, caring and helpful. We got it fixed right away.
Overall, we had an amazing stay. We would definitely come back here again. I highly recommend this place and the rental company

This is a lovely place on the frisbee disc golf course in walking distance to both the grocery store and a beach east of Hanalei River. It has a well stocked kitchen and open floor plan with park and mountain views. There are boogie boards, umbrellas, and. chairs in the garage. Perfect location!

This was my third stay in this unit in recent years, so that should be the central message. I like its location, the well-furnished bedrooms, the sunlight, the kitchen. Everything for a beach visit is available--chairs, mats, boogie boards, coolers.
