Surrounded by lush foliage with the beautiful north shore mountains in the background, this lovely townhouse is very inviting. Elegant furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout add to the comfort and enjoyment of its guests.

The living area upstairs is quite spacious with many windows lending an open and airy feeling. Enjoy tropical breezes as you relax on the lanai amid sunset's colorful skies and any time.

This wonderful home features two master suites with dual sinks in the bathrooms making it perfect for two couples. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it convenient to prepare meals at home. You may even want to check out the sunshine markets, held in various towns island-wide, for fresh, local produce to include in your recipes. Dining out is easy; the difficult part is choosing from such a wide variety of nearby restaurants right in Princeville and the neighboring town of Hanalei.

Golfers are delighted about being such a short walk from the Makai Golf Course and a very short drive to the Prince Golf Course. Both have fabulous views to enjoy while you seek that elusive hole-in-one.

Other activities and adventures that await you nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, horseback riding, sailing, boat tours of Na Pali, fishing and shopping.

Wonderful location and layout of townhome. A short drive to Hanalei Bay.
Rental management company is a pleasure to work with.
Unit could do with a deep clean and some updates but our stay was very enjoyable and we hope to be back next year.

Check in was easy. The property was in great shape and had enough supplies for our trip. The view was incredible from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach chairs and tent were perfect.
The pool and hot tub were brilliant. We used them at least once a day. Inside the condo was warm, but there were lots of fans available to cool it down. We opened all doors and windows to get a through draft.

The place was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped, near an easy to get out gate, and really nice family next door with young kids.

The location was beautiful and the property manager Diana could not have been nicer. The condo has plenty of room and everything you need for a great stay. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler etc.
The condo could use a deep cleaning and some updates.

The owner obviously cares about the property from impressions while we were there. The neighborhood was very quiet. We (50+ YOA siblings and wife) would stay here again. The rental management company answered all of our questions and gave us very useful info for touring the island.

we were 2 couples and our adult son who enjoyed our stay at Kamalii 50. We have always stayed walking distance from Tunnels but rates have sky rocketed, so we chose this instead. Beautiful home, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, nice community, the pool and hot tub were nice after a long day in the sun. We found our place to walk to for sunset and enjoyed strolling the golf course trails.

This was an amazing place to stay with a beautiful view of the mountains. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, body boards, snorkel gear, and beach toys - this was so helpful and appreciated. The unit is close to the pool which is open for night swimming that feels so good after a warm day. Fans are in each room in lieu of A/C. The villas are in a safe community, not far off the highway, so you are not winding around deep into a neighborhood just to get back to home base - go to North Shore General Store right next to the gas station in Princeville and order a burger from Fina at the counter, she’s the best! Kauai Vacation Rentals provided wonderful customer service and is in a very easy to find location a few minutes from the airport.
This villa made our stay feel like home away from home!

The condo was perfect for our week long family vacation. Every child had their own bed, no need to share and with three bathrooms it was easy for our family to shower after the ocean! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed to cook all meals in the condo. Bonus was that there were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys on the garage as well. It did get a tiny bit hot without air conditioning, but there were plenty of fans for every room!

The villa was perfect for our family, and the pictures really don't do it justice. It has 3 levels, with a bedroom and bathroom on each level. Unfortunately, it has no air conditioning but does have a lot of fans. We were happy to find that the rental included a lot of beach equipment-chairs, umbrella, fins, noodles and a cooler. We brought our own gear, as the rental company told us there wouldn't be any. Getting further along the north shore towards Hanalei and Hana is difficult, due to the road closures. Be sure to check the schedule so that you go when it's open.

Our stay at this property was absolutely just amazing, I would've loved AC though!

Minutes away from the towns of Hanalei and Kilauea: 2 foodie towns with lots of options. Many different hikes and beaches to explore. View from the balcony is beautiful. We loved the adventure and physical activity of exploring the island. The greenery is amazing.

Great villa with a great deal of room. The view was spectacular and the location convenient to Hanalai as well as grocery store and eateries. The villa was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. The downstairs bedroom definitely stays cooler than upstairs. The pool and hot tub were nice for those early evening dips after a day at the beach. Quiet place overall.

Very nice condo. Perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed our stay here. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys for our kids. Overall we had a great time and it was nice to have so much room for our family. We had two adults and our four young kids and while we didn’t spend a lot of our time at the condo, coming back to it every evening and being able to relax together was perfect.

Very nice home. One master is down a few stairs with the laundry. The picture is the accurate view from the living area! Garage had beach chairs, mats, and a shade umbrella that we used - so nice! We ate or packed every meal in that kitchen for a week, so we needed it to be really usable and it was! Abundant dishes, kitchen towels...my only problem was that the tiny pizza cutter broke and the can opener was almost impossible to use. 
Staff was very responsive when I had an issue. Thought the washer wasn’t filling with water well but in fact I hadn’t read the manual (provided) and it was working fine. They also supplied us with a crock pot at my request, but the meat was so expensive we didn’t use it. 
No AC of course, so sometimes we felt the humidity in the carpet. We are from Texas so we aren’t used to having the windows open. 
This was an amazing place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

This property is incredible and we had a wonderful stay here. The condo is very spacious and is split over 3 levels. It is the perfect vacation rental and it had everything we needed, including a well kitted out kitchen. It's tastefully furnished, comfortable and has a lovely ambiance. The resort it's located in is immaculate and it has a great pool area as well. It's close to Hanalei and the Princeville shopping strip. 
My absolute highlight of staying here was waking up to those breathtaking views every morning. Such a relaxing way to start another day in paradise!
