Everything was excellent except for the TV situation. Im not sure if this is normal, but there was zero channels - I guess you had to sign into some form of streaming services if you HAD them? But what if you didn't? No TV for you! Also the TV lagged so it took 5 min every time you wanted to change to something else.

Unit 245 is a great rental. Location, setting, aesthetics were all fantastic. The unit is stocked as well as your own home. I wanted to heat up my delicious fish from our dinner at 1 Hotel ( amazing and a 3 minute drive away) and they even had parchment paper to use on the cookie sheet to warm it up! The power went out on the island and they had candles and flashlights !! Every single thing you need for daily life much less a very comfortable vaca!! The ONLY things that need to be changed ; please put a set of dresser drawers in the downstairs bedroom!! The cabinet there is beautiful but useless as it is only shelves and would be much more usefull upstairs in the bathroom for towels,etc! Also, please put a curtain or shutter door in front of the stacked washer/ dryer. It's awesome to have it but as a mom, the last thing I want staring me in the bathroom mirror is a washer/dryer. And last but not least, a YALE lock would be so much more useful then the keyed entrance. One, it's annoying to keep up with and also that it has to be dropped off on your way to the airport. In this day and age, I think very few people on vaca want to have that extra hassle. Little things that would make Pali Ke Kua absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and use the concierge service, they are wonderful! We booked ziplining ( amazing!) horseback riding ( gorgeous) and had a Napali Coast boat tour but unfortunately it was canceled due to weather. And the snorkeling at Pali Ke Kua resort is Hideaways Beach and is absolutely the best on the Island and the trek down and up is 100% worth it !! Just don't carry too much. It's a hike but very easy and well paved it's just an incline. The path is between bldg 1 & 2 . Kauai is the best island and you will have a great time if you chose to stay here !! And I'm picky ; ) .

Very beautiful home with great views of the ocean... I love that each bedroom has its own shower. Beds are comfortable. kitchen is well equipped. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels and a bbq grill. My only suggestion would be to provide a small ice chest to take to the beach. Overall I would recommend staying in this rental.

We stayed here with 4 adults and two kids, which worked perfectly for us. Location was great and parking was easy. The unit is well appointed which allowed us to make most of our meals here. We especially appreciated the beach towels, chairs, boogie board and umbrella for the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The condo was wonderful! It was well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen spices and appliances to towels for bath and beach! The air conditioning units helped when the temp got close to 90 degrees, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans usually did the trick to keep us comfortable. One recommendation would be to have snorkeling equipment for guests to use and also to check and maintain the beach chairs. One of them had some trash left in one of the pockets from a previous user. Not anything we couldn’t manage, but just a heads up. The washer and dryer were great! It was so nice to come home with all of our laundry clean! Can’t wait to return and would definitely request the same property and the same unit!! It’s important to keep in mind that there can be a lot of driving time if you have activities planned in different areas of the island. Also, road construction during the week adds to that time. We planned for all of that and it wasn’t a problem. Kaua’i is definitely our favorite of the Hawaiian islands!

The rental was great overall, amazing view with easy access to a private beach. It was clean and fully furnished to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be there are only two portable ACs that couldn't cool the space enough, the unit got the afternoon sun and if you stay during the summer months like we did, it gets too hot to stay in after 3pm. It didn't cool down until really late in the evening and I felt sorry for my kids who slept upstairs.

One of the best condo we have stayed in Hawaii. The location is great with ocean view, inside is kept up nicely, very clean, quiet, provided us ample space to relax AND the management is very professional(reliable and responsive). I would recommend this unit and Kauai Vacation Rentals highly.

We were married on Hanalei Beach and booked several Pali Ke Kua units for our family and friends. We stayed in building 11 unit 245 and were very happy with our stay. Unit was well equipped, clean and all appliances worked. The view and breeze were not as good as some of the other units, but unit 245 had an AC unit in the bedroom which was pretty critical for a 2 week stay in the sweltering heat this October. Been to Kauai many times and never needed ac until this trip. Snorkeling down at Hideaways beach was a highlight as many sea turtles were there! The views from certain units are spectacular, just less with building 11. Would suggest getting a map of the complex before booking if view is super important. The complex ground crew was very friendly and kept everything immaculate! Cudos to those guys! Pizza was very good at Hideaways Pizza on-site for our first night of
guest arrival.

The view was better than expected. The unit has been updated with high level products. Air conditioner in the down stairs bedroom was a welcome accessory. The unit was well maintained and clean when we arrived. Kauai Vacation Rentals was very responsive with addressing a couple of minor issues that came up during our stay.

We loved the location of Pali Ke Kua unit 245. We had everything we needed and then some. Perfect for a family of four. Super views of the green space, ocean and even part of the golf course. We saw whale spouts and lots of interesting birds and even a few turtles down on the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach chairs and boogey boards was nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked and my husband liked the 72 inch TV. It is within walking distance to a few beaches and queens bath. We’ll be back!

We had the loveliest stay at Pali Ke Kia 245! The condo is spacious and well stocked with essentials. The view is incredible! Additionally, the condo had all the beach gear we needed for long days at the beach! We truly loved the condo and recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful stay on the north shore of Kauai!

With a view like this, you never mind the rain, you even look forward to it. This home is so well appointed. The bed is comfy, the couches are too when you watching movies on the BIG screen. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved our three and a half week stay here at Pali Ke Kua 245

The title says it all, we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the home. It was presented clean and was true to its listing, lacked nothing as far as we are concerned. There is no direct beach access but that is a small issue when dealing with Kauai as we went to numerous beaches to enjoy them. There is a trail nearby that leads to the beach below, fun trail down.....huff and puff coming back up! :) Would certainly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

It had everything! We came from Australia with a toddler and appreciated not need to pack towels, etc. We loved the view, the peace & quiet and the pool. We appreciated being advised of building work near our condo and pool remodeling.

I stayed in unit# 245 two times in the past few years. It is clean, comfortable and the views are beautiful. I lost count of all the rainbows I saw from the lanai! I hope to go back later this year and highly recommend this unit as it is truly clean and equipped!
