**A Perfect Hawaiian Getaway in Princeville Highly Recommend!**

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Hawaii! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with island-inspired touches, and fully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach towels and chairs. The lanai offered stunning views, and we loved starting each day with coffee on the lanai and evening cocktails while watching the sunset over the ocean.

While the home doesn't have air conditioning, the cross breezes and ceiling fans kept things comfortable. We actually appreciated the natural airflow—but at night there were very little cross breezes due to closing of the sliding glass doors for security since being a first floor unit.

The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive to beaches, local shops, and great restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, even leaving us a bag of local snacks and coffee was such a thoughtful touch.

If you're looking for a relaxing, true Hawaiian experience, this rental is a fantastic choice. We loved it

The location is great however the condo needs some attention. Cupboard doors would not fully shut, the shower facet felt like it could fall off at anytime the grout in the bathroom could use a good scrubbing and the toilet lever fell off. For what the owner was charging for the unit these items should not have to be addressed by a guest.

Been many times to Kauai and find that Pali Ke Kua always seems to stand apart in terms of views and location in our favourite part of our favourite Hawaiian island. While the views are second to none and #114 was quite clean, the unit could use an upgrade...a wee bit tired and definitely dated. Otherwise a great stay and support from Kauai Vacation Rentals was seamless and helpful.

The view is terrific. The furniture in the living area is very shabby. The kitchen silverware and dishes were in scant supply. The dishwasher didn’t dispense the soap and some kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close.

The place is perfect. It gets hot with windows closed but cools
Down easily in afternoon with the cross breeze . The view is so wonderful. We tried to get home for sunset every night. The pullout sofa is super comfy too. Great find. Also good for kids!

This was our fourth stay at Pali Ke Kua, but our first time staying in unit 114.
We loved sitting on the patio every morning watching Kauai wake up; drinking our coffee and eating our breakfast! Not to mention watching the sunsets. The unit was clean and well appointed for all of our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful view. Very clean condo that had everything we needed. The access down to the beach is a bit steep, but lovely and the snorkeling down there was the best on the island! We did experience some wi-fi issues, but management was very friendly and responsive about getting it working again. I would absolutely stay here again!

Toilet leaked every time toilet was flushed. The sheets were old and blood stained. The poor fitting screens had big gaps in them letting in too many bugs. 2 bugs flew into my eyes and 1 flew up my nose. Furniture was old and tired. View was good.

We absolutely loved our stay. The rental was very nicely maintained and stocked with all the essentials, which we were not expecting (soap, laundry detergent, dish soap). We stayed in mid-May and I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning since my husband and I run a little hot. With the window vents and fans though, we were very comfortable! We usually had Hideaway Beach all to ourselves when we walked down in the mornings. The views from the unit are even better than we were expecting. The location is perfect for exploring all areas of the north shore of Kauai. It felt remote, but there was a grocery store ~5 min away and several restaurant options in the same shopping center. Hanalei was ~15 min away and had plenty of other dining options too. We would definitely consider this property again in the future!

Everything about this condo’s description was as promised...HOWEVER, words can’t accurately describe the emotional feeling and thrill from the patio, kitchen and living area view of the Bali Hai mountains fronted by golden beaches, foliage, and gorgeous pacific. Several mornings we had breakfast while watching full (end to end) rainbows...amazing!
Picking up the keys at the property management company’s office 5 minutes away from the airport made the entire checkin process painless...and, because we arrived early AM, we called the company about an early check-in and they were able to accommodate us.
Back to the condo: it was nicely furnished and equipped with all the beach gear we needed. Having a washer & dryer was great too since we stayed for 6 days. The best beaches for us (active 70 year olds) was close by in Hanalei; condo property pool was good for late afternoon reading and social mixing...and the local pizza restaurant was a short walk away. A truly super, well maintained vacation condo.

We loved our stay! The views were spectacular...the ocean, the plants, the coastline, rainbows, and nenes... We also appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available for us to use. The beach down the hill (Pali Ke Kua Beach) and neighboring Hideaways Beach were gorgeous. It was an easy drive into Hanalei and Princeville for shopping, more beaches, and food. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer with detergent provided. It was also a treat to have cable tv since my husband wanted to watch some games on ESPN. We enjoyed having Hideaways Pizza just across the parking lot for the days we wanted something quick and easy to eat. My husband was initially concerned that it would get too warm with no a/c but we were always comfortable being able to open the windows and turn on the provided fans. The only recommendations would be to clean the floors better and make sure all the dishes are clean. Regardless, this is an easy five stars- plus!!! We hope to return and will recommend to others.

Kauai Vacation Rentals is the best! They make everything so easy. This unit is exactly as advertised, lovely location with the best view possible. The furniture is a little beat up and there could be more equipment (plates/glasses etc) in the kitchen but certainly serviceable. Quiet building and easy parking. We would return!

This condo located at Princeville was al lovely location looking out towards Hanalei Bay. There is nothing better than enjoying a morning cup of coffee to see the view and to hear the breaking surf. A true retreat!

This condo located at Princeville was al lovely location looking out towards Hanalei Bay. There is nothing better than enjoying a morning cup of coffee to see the view and to hear the breaking surf. A true retreat!

The property was beautiful! The location was perfect. We sat outside every morning for coffee and breakfast. We could see whales spouting and swimming morning and evening. Sunsets were stunning. The condo was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable. We spent a lot of time exploring Kauai but never felt the location was too far away. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Pali Ke Kua 114 is a spectacular property with the best view of Bali Hai. Condo is updated and has everything you need from excellent towels and linens to beach gear. Highly recommend!

This is our 6th trip to Kauai and our 4th stay in Pali Ke Kua #114. We have always loved the location with the most beautiful Bali Hai and ocean views. We also love the upgrades to #114 with the new granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom and the new furniture. The beach chairs, umbrella and coolers were well used and greatly appreciated. We always enjoy making meals with a well stocked kitchen with the best ocean views. To say we love this condo is an understatement - we always have relaxing, peaceful vacations and have enjoyed amazing rainbows right in front of our condo including our first full rainbow that was breath taking. We will continue to return to this condo and highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Pali Ke Kua in Princeville at least 7 times. It was our first stay in unit #114 and also our first use of the Kauai Vacation Rental Company. It was our best experience so far! The unit was well appointed with nice furniture, art work, beach chairs, umbrellas and the kitchen was well appointed. The view from this unit was spectacular of Hanalei Bay and Makana. The unit had a queen size bed and next visit we will look for a unit with a king size. We definitely thought that Kauai Vacation Rentals did an excellent job responding to our requests, they made the check in process easy by delivering the unit keys to our rental car company at the airport.

Really enjoyed the lanai and the view! Great shower, loved having a full kitchen! It was perfect! Not one disappointment. We will be back! Everyone was kind and friendly. Even the rain was lovely.

We really enjoyed staying here. #114 had everything that we needed during our stay! Amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, clean unit, beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. Only downer was that there is no grill, the one down the path to the beach is a little of trek to get to and hauling everything you need down and back up is not ideal when on vacation. The unit isn't super fancy, but is very clean and comfortable. The wifi worked really good, no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the PERFECT little spot for us. I can't imagine you would get better views than this. We woke up to rain, rainbows, cardinals, ducks, geese and perfect sunrises. This condo had everything we needed from coffee pots to laundry detergent to chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We were able to listen to music everyday with the bluetooth speaker provided and watch movies on the multiple TV's. It was such a beautiful space to come home to everyday while being on vacation. We felt safe and secure and the neighbors were all very nice. Grab yourself a delicious pizza from the joint next door and stay in for the night, because you might not want to leave. Thank you Thank you for everything! This place was amazing and I am truly sad to know that I will probably never stay at another place as beautiful. What a wonderful experience.

The area felt so safe and loved having a shopping center so close to get supplies.The kitchen equipment was perfect; we had everything we needed! The reservationists said we would love it(location) and we did! Definitely telling others! Great website, easy to navigate. This why we staying here.So many others felt like it was mining for gold to get information.Also appreciated the reservation staff all working together so not necessary to always having to go to the same agent.

Really enjoyed the new tile flooring. Washer and dryer was great to have. Had all the dishes and utensils needed. View was spectacular and enjoyed beach below condo.
