great family stay in kaua’i
Our stay on Kaua’i was great and part of that was due to the condo. The condo worked great for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and we felt comfortable walking around and down to the cliffs. It was quiet to sleep even with the pool being so close. We would come back to this location again for vacation.

we never wanted to leave!
The house was everything pictured and more. We absolutely loved the beautiful pool, the spacious house, and its location on the North Shore. My kids kept begging us to buy it! The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed including laundry machines, beach towels, and kitchen appliances including rice cooker and coffee grinder. The filtered water from the fridge was much better tasting than the tap water, too.

We were a family group of 6 adults staying in the 3 bedroom unit and we were very pleased with all the accommodations. It was as described. The kitchen had ample plates, cups & serving pieces for our group plus they had a good supply of utensils. The double wide refrigerator was wonderful also for our food for cooking. We ate there over 70% of the time. It was quiet and clean. We also enjoyed the "office" area since one in the group had to work some. We would definitely stay here again!

great place in kauai
Clean unit that is located in Princeville. Plenty of beaches nearby and food. The unit was spacious with a nice large kitchen and beach items.

Great Space with a Few Tweaks Needed
We recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in Princeville, Kauai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
What We Loved:
Comfortable Space: The decor was beautiful, the central air kept things cool, and the living areas were spacious. The pool and spa were great for relaxing, especially when the rain rolled in.
Beach Essentials Provided: We appreciated the ice chest and beach chairs, which made our beach days much easier.
A Few Areas for Improvement:
Master Bed Comfort: The master mattress could use an update – it had a noticeable dip, which made it tough for a good night’s sleep.
Kitchen Stock: The kitchen had nice appliances but lacked basic essentials like spices, oil, or pantry staples, which you often find in other rentals.
Parking Challenges: The garage is a nice feature, but it’s tight for larger vehicles like SUVs, and guest parking is limited to 6-hour slots, which can be tricky with a rental car.
Check-In Process: We had some confusion with the door code, which led to a bit of a delay on our first night. Clearer communication here would help.
Location Notes: There’s no beach within walking distance, and nearby dining and grocery options close early, so plan accordingly.
Personal Essentials: Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as these weren’t provided.
Overall:
We’d consider staying here again for the space and thoughtful touches, but a few small updates would make it an even better experience.

perfect north shore experience
My family and I spent nine beautiful days in Kauai,this home made it easy to enjoy. This place has everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or a great meal cooked in the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place to call home for a few days. We hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Nihilani. The complex is quiet, conveniently located, and easily accessible. The unit we occupied was somewhat disappointing due to a few maintenance/housekeeping issues, but was certainly adequate for our needs.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at the Nihilani. The unit is huge, and each kid had their own room. The location is awesome, overlooking the pool area. Beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage. Super comfortable. We loved it.

lovely
A beautiful spacious townhouse. Ensuite is huge. Bedding was lovely. Well stocked kitchen. Teflon pans were very scratched up and KVRR delivered new ones the same day we notified them! Loved that the townhouse is an end unit so there were windows on both the side and back.

superb condo
Great experience overall - beautiful condo complex and the unit was amazing. Clean, spacious and AC was great. Garage parking, even with two cars we had plenty of parking room. We locked ourselves out in the evening and luckily I was able to call the after hours office # and it was answered and we were helped immediately. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Beautiful well kept condo. Very nice 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Great Kitchen. Overall we loved the place. My only complaints were that we could get the tv's to work in the master bedroom and downstairs living room. pool was beautiful and close to the condo. I would def. go back.

a wonderful place to stay
We loved this condo !! It was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we could ask for, all the cooking utensils you could need, all the appliances you could want. The outside is beautifully landscaped. They had all the things you needed for the beach. We had a wonderful time here.

great stay!
Great condo in a small tucked away complex in Princeville. The condo provided floaties, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogieboards, a cooler, all very useful for our stay. Condo provided enough towels and beach towels which definitely came in handy and kitchen was well stocked. I'd definitely stay again!
I would've loved it if the condo was better prepared for our arrival. Wifi instructions were missing and the condo was not stocked with shampoo. Small repairs required around the house were easily noticed.

The villa was amazing. And it was very clean. It fit our needs perfectly. The ice maker was frozen up and would not dispense ice which was a bother, and I sent that info while we were there but never heard anything back. Other than that, everything was great.
