I loved this 2 bedroom condo! It's in a peaceful and lovely neighborhood. It's so inviting and comfortable, and a wonderful place to end your day on Kauai! It's spacious, beautifully decorated, and each room was comfortable and inviting. The setting is beautiful also. It's a quiet location, peaceful and a lovely lanai to lounge on. Everything was spotless, well appointed and in good condition.

great property- perfect location and well stocked kitchen
Beautiful vacation on the garden isle. This unit has a well stocked kitchen with pots/pans, small appliances, etc. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and bikes make sure you have everything needed to enjoy the stay.

a nice stay
While located inland there was no mountain or beach view but provided some solitude and relaxing atmosphere. The resort was well maintained, beautifully landscaped with a great pool area complete with a water fall and a nearby hot tub.
Our unit was 1,400 sq ft of spacious living, nicely laid out with the living and dining room overlooking the deck. Tastefully decorated, a well-furnished kitchen, large bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower. There was a desk for the computer. Usually, we have to set up on the dining room table.
Once you get settled in you notice the little things you don't usually find in a rental.
Ice cube bin is full
There were spices provided and kitchen supplies: foil, zip bags, etc.
We have a garage - no more getting into a hot car.
Some suggestions - Please don’t consider these as negative comments.
We were surprised that the only toiletries provide were bar soaps in the bathrooms. Other condos we rented from had soft-soap, shampoo and conditioners provided.
There was only one night light in the bathrooms and it didn’t work. Bought two and installed them.
Minor maintenance issues;
The overhead fan speed in the master bedroom cannot be adjusted.
For the resort
It would seem the resort cannot keep the hot tub operational. How long does it take to go to Home Depot and get a replacement switch?
The clock by the hot tub has never worked. Understandable as it is an indoor clock in an outdoor environment and doesn’t have an enclosed battery compartment.
Twice there were instances when the trash dumpsters and/or recycled drum/bins were full and renters were dumping their recyclables on the ground by the recycling shed.
I was under the impression that the site manager toured the resort daily to address any operational issues that are evident – that doesn’t seem to be the case.

great condo
Very clean and spacious lots of amenities provided. Enjoyed staying here. It was a little hard to find places aren’t clearly marked and it’s hard to see the numbers on the unit. So I used google maps each day to guide me which made things easier to find the condo. In a very nice area.

kauai trip
We had a wonderful stay at 16a. The condo was clean, and very well stocked. We cooked several times there, and the kitchen had all of the equipment we needed. The grill accessories were also very helpful. We enjoyed the bikes, and there was ample beach equipment which makes the stay more enjoyable. We would be thrilled to stay here again.

outstanding property--it has it all!
I am very picky and I was so impressed with this property. It literally has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well appointed, there are plenty of towels and beach supplies like umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, bicylcles. Its located near cute shops/restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. If we are lucy enough to come back to Kauai, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

fantastic getaway in a beautiful retreat
Loved this wonderful condo! The layout is fantastic, giving privacy between bedrooms - each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is top notch - everything you need to cook, which we did a lot of - and the living area and lanai were very comfortable. Location wise it really doesn't get any better - quiet nights and a short walk to the cliffs or down the street to Hideaways beach. The pool/BBQ area was great.
Plenty of bath and beach towels, the laundry setup was great (we were there 11 days and it allowed us to pack lighter,) and the garage was loaded with beach supplies - pop up tent, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, coolers, and more. Highly recommend this fantastic getaway place.

perfect week in paradise!!!
The property was very nice. The beds and pillows were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. We loved the beach chairs, cooler and bikes. The pool was also perfect. It as never overcrowded and we were there at least four days of our seven night stay. We also used the grills at the pool on night! FoodLand was very convenient. The deli has amazing poke, sandwiches, sushi and salads. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!!

perfect vacation rental
We stayed at this condo for 7 nights. The location was perfect for us, less than a 10 minute drive to Hanalei Bay. The owners have thought of everything. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This condo is very clean and well maintained. Very nice floor plan with good separation between bedrooms. It is very convenient to have the garage attached to the unit, so walking was minimal. We loved our stay in this awesome condo and will look to book it again next February. perfect condo
The condo was amazing. Loved everything about it. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. There were beach chairs and toys available as well as bicycles. The beds were comfortable with high end sheets. We enjoyed the lanai every morning. Location was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

perfect family vacation home!
We were thrilled to have a home that was bright, clean, and included a complete kitchen and bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. This vacation was complete and fun-filled because of the availability of chairs to lounge and boogie boards to swim with. We appreciated that extra touch. We had easy access to the pool and a beautiful lanai to enjoy that beautiful Hawaiian air.

Second visit to Kauai first time staying in Princeville. Loved the location of this large 2 bedroom condo. Pool was pretty but it rained a lot so we did not get to enjoy it. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Love having Beach all the beach items. Beautiful gold course nearby. Hope to return again. Kauai Vacation Rentals made everything easy from check in to check out. We own and operate a vacation rental company in Arizona and give Kauai Vacations 5 stars.

excellent place to stay!
This condo was well laid out for our two couples staying there. It had great updated appliances. It was nice to sit out on the big patio each morning and have coffee. Disappointed the pool was so cold and we didn’t swim in it, that is the main reason we go to a condo

wonderful vacation in princeville!!
We absolutely loved this condo! We couldn't have asked for more - great location near beautiful golf course and close to the gorgeous pool, convenient grocery shopping and nice restaurants. The condo itself was so well equipped - you will need to bring nothing - even provided the laundry necessities, all cooking supplies, plenty of sheets and towels and beach supplies. We loved having an attached garage. The condo itself was very tastefully decorated and impeccably clean (which is of number one importance). It was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter as the two bedrooms are completely separated at opposite ends of the condo which is very convenient. We highly recommend staying here - you will love your stay and not want your vacation to be over! Thank you!!

fabulous stay!
This condo was excellent! We have stayed in Princeville the past ten years at various condos and this was one of the best! It was nicely maintained and clean! It has tasteful decor and was very comfortable. There was a ton of beach gear to use. The rental company is always so nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this property. We are hoping to book it for next year!

From start to finish, Kauai Vacation Rentals made my stay at Nihilani 16A a great experience. As a former longtime resident of the north shore, I was already very familiar with Nihilani. I picked staying there because it is a “newer property” (less than 20 years old), had gorgeous tropical landscaping, great layout, and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. The unit itself was extremely well stocked! We had more than enough beach towels and chairs. I also found the unit to be very clean which was important to me. Mahalo!

lovely condo in a great location
We loved our stay in this Nihilani condo! It was updated and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient to everything in Princeville. We went for long walks with ocean views every morning. We played golf at the nearby Makai course a few times. Gorgeous Hanalei Bay was a short drive away as was the cute town of Hanalei. And we loved our hike to the Kilauea stone dam. We also rode the bikes that were at the condo a couple of times. We also used the cooler, umbrella and beach chairs that were provided. We can't wait to return!

fantastic condo!
Our stay at the Nihilani Condo was fantastic. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have asked for to make our stay and comfortable and convenient as possible. The location was really nice, close enough to the Princeville shopping center, but far enough away from traffic. The pool and grill area were very fun to use and never messy or overcrowded with people.
I would give our stay a 10/10, will definitely be staying in this condo the next time we visit Kauai.

nihilani condo
This is a lovely, spacious, well appointed condo. We loved our time there. The pool and hot tub are about a one minute walk away. Anini Beach is about a 10 minute drive away. Close to Princeville Center, anything you'd need is right there. Just an outstanding place to stay on Kauai. I would do it again, gladly.
