naia hale weeklong stay with large family
Wonderful place. My family and I enjoyed this house more than any we have rented previously. There are ample beach chairs and boogie boards and snorkel gear in the garage for a large group. The house is beautiful and spacious and the kitchen and grill are well stocked with tools and utensils. Princeville and the North Shore of Kauai must be one of the most beautiful places on earth and we dream of visiting again soon. Will definitely keep this property at the top of our list!

wonderful stay at naia hale!
We stayed here with a group of 12 teens and adults. The house worked great for our size group. The location was in a beautiful neighborhood on our favorite side of the island. Some of the furniture had been updated so the home was even better in person than in the photos listed. It was so fun to sit on the back porch and watch and listen to all the different birds flying around. The hot tub was a nice bonus feature. It was also great to have fun things in the garage that had been left behind like snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc. There was also a good supply of starter items like soap in the bathrooms, paper towels, coffee with filters, TP, etc. It was a little warm in the two bedrooms without AC but thankfully there were fans that helped cool it down some. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

amazing gem in princeville
I cannot say enough good things about our vacation rental! The house was so spacious; we had 11 people staying and we never felt cramped. It has everything we needed—fully stocked kitchen, WiFi, a Pack n’ Play, high chair, baby gate, a play couch for the kids, a hot tub, and so much beach equipment. The bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms were huge and there’s even a gigantic spa tub in the Master bedroom. It’s got AC and fans in every room. It’s only a 10 minute drive from Hanalei and a 6 minute drive to Anini Beach. It’s close to the Princeville shops and only 40 minutes from Kapa’a. Check in was a breeze and the company was great. Wonderful place!

perfect family reunion house!
We had a great adult family reunion in the most beautiful and well stocked house. Large rooms and living rooms accompany tons of gathering areas and a very nice jacuzzi. The community was lovely as well. We could walk to stores, beaches and gold course and park.

princeville home
We had a very pleasant experience. Kauai vacation rentals were great to work with. The house was large and spacious. We went as a family of 11 and the rooms and beds worked out perfectly for us. The location is perfect for people staying on the North shore, and it was nice having beach towels and chairs along with the umbrella. AC was a must and the house has 4 mini splits and it stays cool. However, 2 of the bedrooms don’t have AC. The extra fridge/freezer came in handy. We loved sitting on the upper patio in the morning eating breakfast and drinking coffee. We would definitely look into staying here again the location is great and all our favorite beaches are on the North shore.

beautiful, spacious house in convenient location
We had such a lovely time at Naia Hale. We were a group of 9, and it was so spacious. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, and it was beautifully decorated. The property managers were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout the process, and allowed us an earlier check in. At first I was a little disappointed as we booked it specifically for the AC and before we arrived we were told that the ACs in the common areas and 3 of the bedrooms were not working, however the property managers gave us several standing fans to help with this. In the end, the house was so airy that the lack of AC was not noticeable at all and everyone was very comfortable throughout the stay.
The amenities were great - very useful to be able to do laundry, and the kitchen was very spacious and had all the equipment you'd need.
It was in a great location for us and easy to get to beaches and restaurants. We were there for a friend's wedding and it was very close to the venue as well. I would absolutely recommend to other people to stay here.

july family vacation
This year we opted to try a larger house in an awesome location, and we were not disappointed with the location and layout of the home. I was impressed by the cleanliness, location, communication with the KVR staff (Pheobie) and all the amenities included in the house. I would definitely return-rent this home if our group is as large next trip.
There are a few items that I was surprised by, one is that not all bedrooms had AC ventilation, not sure if the description was misleading or I just didn't catch it in the fine print. The second item was that the AC was inoperable in 3 of the bedrooms/living room areas. Two bedrooms had no AC units, the living room and remaining bedrooms were inoperable, leaving only 2 bedrooms with AC. This made for some uncomfortable timeframes during the day and a few humid nights with no natural breeze coming through. The KVR were responsive to providing additional floor fans and also allowed for a slight refund based on the inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend the house.

great house
This is an amazing property that was perfect for our family vacation! There are four bedrooms downstairs and the master is upstairs. The kitchen is great and it was overall an amazing experience. Everyone also loved the hot tub!

beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We came with another family for a week. There were 11 of us and we all fit very comfortably in the home. We didn’t know the home had a private hot tub so that a nice surprise. The home had things like boogie boards, beach towels, snorkeling masks and beach chairs all on site for use.
The home was clean, had lots of kitchen appliances for use like air fryer, keurig, coffee maker and a washer and TWO dryers which was so helpful when washing the beach towels each day.
The neighborhood is quiet (except for the chickens, they’ll let you know it’s 3am each morning). You can hear the ocean from this home even though it’s down the road. There room to park two cars in the garage if you need and another 2-3 on the driveway. The kitchen is actually on the second floor with the master bedroom and the other 4 bedrooms are on the main floor. This seemed odd until you were cooking in the kitchen and had the best view of the golf course and on the balcony can see the ocean in the distance. It made for the best sunrise/sunsets.
The only complaints or suggestions we could make is that the master bedroom bed is so squeaky. Like if you roll over, or your partner you will know. And having some tin foil with the air fryer would be helpful to keep the pans clean. Honestly those were the only two things that were “annoying” and honestly was a great week. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

awesome place!
This place was even better than the pictures. It was perfect for 3 families and was definitely more than what we all hoped for. The convenient location also included fun stuff like snorkeling gear,a jacuzzi,and coolers for the beach, which were a life saver. Definitely coming back!

wonderful, comfortable, gorgeous home in a prime location!
This home was perfect! Our family of twelve were very comfortable in this home.plenty of beds, and space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Beautiful views, and I loved how close it was to the princeville highway entrance while still being set-back, quiet, and peaceful.

beatiful kauai vacation house!
This home was perfect for our family of nine. It allowed all of us to have a space to retreat to. It has beautiful balconies and porches that had a wonderful cool breeze. The kitchen was supplied with every tool and item that we needed for our large family. It was nice and large for several of us to work in at once. The grill was large and in very good condition. The grounds were beautiful. The garage was stocked with some beach toys and coolers. The laundry room came in handy for our many trips to the beach. The whole house was beautifully maintained. I would definitely recommend this location for a large group.

beautiful, comfortable vacation home
Naia Hale exceeded our expectations! We had 10 people staying at the house (2 families with adult children plus our older parents). There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space, but also gather together, when needed. There were outdoor lounge spaces on both sides of the house so we could choose to be in the sun or in the shade during the course of the day. We used the patios every single day.
Princeville was a bit of a drive from the busier side of the island, but we liked being away from the crowds. If you didn’t NEED to leave the north shore, it was a perfect location. There were beautiful beaches and cute shops in Hanalei just minutes away.
It was nice to have the coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards available in the garage...we used them all. The girls even used the hot tub one evening.
The house stayed fairly cool when the wind was blowing (which was most evenings), but we did run the air conditioners in the bedrooms at night and in the main living space a couple of times to draw the humidity out of the air. All worked well.
We would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

family gathering
This is the 3rd time that we have rented this property. We love the house, love the location and love working with Kauai Vacation Rentals. They are prompt in responding and easy to deal with. Check in and check out couldn't be simpler. The first time we rented, it was handled by someone else and we couldn't even get the local contact to call us back. That never happens with this company.Anything we needed was responded to that day. Our favorite thing is having coffee together on the lanai each morning and listening to the birds and enjoying the view.You can walk to Princeville to the Farmer's market, stores or playground easily. our stay in february
Our overall stay was comfortable in this home. There was enough room in the drive way for the 3 cars needed for my big family. As well as enough space and beds for the 13 of us. Please keep in mind that the ac runs on 12 hour intervals that you have to turn on in the garage. The hot tub was clean and serviced on Monday. There were some quirks as one would expect with an older home, for example: one of the downstairs restrooms didn’t lock properly; There wasn’t ac in one of the rooms, just a low grade fan; That same room had a bunch of dust in the closet. My biggest complain was that the cleaning crew charged an extra fee because we left the towels dirty, a few dirty dishes, food we didn’t get to finish eating in the fridge as we didn’t want to throw food away, and empty shopping bags in some rooms/restrooms. I was sent pictures by management and it was what one would consider regular cleaning for a total of 13 people staying in a home for a week. Before leaving the home, our party did pick up the trash we had outside in the patio as well as most of the trash inside and did some sweeping. We also did the cleaning that was asked of us in the rules of the home. There was a lot of trash bags, but like i said we were 13 people staying for a week. If it was needed for us to do the laundry as well, it should of been added in the rules and enough tide pods should of been left for us to use as when we arrived there was only about 5/6 in the laundry room. If you are staying here or thinking of staying here with a big party, I recommend you do the cleaning for the crew to avoid this extra fee.

what a wonderful house to enjoy with our family
We rented this house on Kauai as our second portion of a trip with my parents, 3 sisters and 3 brother in laws...9 adults total. This house was just prefect for us, 2 floors having a living room area with seating and tv's so the guys could get away when desired. Each couple had their own bedroom, our parents enjoyed the master bedroom with bath on the main living level (2nd), so much room for clothing to be unpacked & toiletries to be put out so it felt like home for 9 days. It is on the level with the larger living room, kitchen, dining rooms and larger deck. The other 4 bedrooms are on main floor level, 2 bedrooms share one bath which was great for us. The fact 2 bedrooms had no a/c wasn't much of a factor as the winds thru the louvor windows were great, only warm one night.
The laundry room and garage access are on the main floor with the 4 bedrooms which worked out great.
The property manager left a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters and etc, plus a small cooler and canvas shopping bags as it is frowned upon in Hawaii to not bring your own shopping bags.
We did have to contact the property manager 2 times while here. Both interactions were quickly taken care of.
First was the hottub was only half full and dirty, this was fixed the next day.
Second was that the shower water backed up and this was remedied within the same morning, it had rained a lot.
The 9 of us could not ever say enough wonderful things about this house, comfortable, easy access, nicely decorated and landscaped. The 2nd floor deck was used constantly for views of the ocean in distance, many landscaping and trees to view, and soooo much wildlife to enjoy. Roosters and hens of course, but so many birds would come to visit us on the deck edges. Some came to sing beautiful songs and others to just say hi and hop around.
We cooked some breakfasts and suppers here and found the kitchen well stocked for what we needed.

family time in kauai
Easy access to the property, house was spotless and very inviting. Situated in a quiet area, very pictureist setting.we enjoyed our stay, by the time we left it felt like home.I wish it had a combination front door and a coded garage door opene. There were 10 of us, with very comfortable beds, we loved the master bedroom and bathroom, plenty of closet and storage everywhere. Needs improvement with the outdoor hot tub, low in water check the chemical levels. We would definitely book with you in the future.

beautiful large house with plenty of space
We rented the house the week of 12/18/22 - 12/25/22. It's a very spacious house with plenty of room. We had 12 people staying between two families and it was very comfortable. There's plenty of kitchen utensils, hoses outside to clean up shoes and hose sand off of feet, and lots of toys and chairs for the beaches. The location was great with two beaches within a mile or so (Sea Lodge and Wylies) and another beach about 1.5 miles (Hideaways). Be aware there's some trails you have to hike to get to those beaches and can be pretty muddy but not too bad otherwise. The beaches at Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach are a short drive away with plenty of parking. The North shore area is beautiful with plenty of activities nearby with this house right in the middle of it.

heaven in kauai
Our accommodation in Kauai were beyond my expectation, a beautiful 5 bedroom house, elegant and roomy.
We were 11 family member and had a great time.
However two bedrooms did not have air condition and the Jacuzzi tab, did not work,otherwise it was wonderful

The house was gorgeous. The management team was awesome. I would give this a star rating of 20 if that was possible. If your going to Kauai then you don’t want to miss staying here. Everything you want is within a short driving distance of beaches and towns. Recommend highly.

nice house but appliances not working well
The house is very big & has very nice view from balconies. I enjoyed staying on Balconies to look over the golf course. However, the appliances in the kitchen are so old. The oven, toaster oven, electric cooktop,... didn’t work well, so it takes ever for the food to be cooked. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom upstairs didn’t work. Many bathroom doors can not be closed completely because locks didn’t work. I wish they fixed those problem then the house will be perfect. The house locates in a very nice neighborhood.

The hospitality app was very helpful and so was Sonja,Heather and Lucy. This is our( husband and I)second time to Kauai and my children and grand childrens first. We came to celebrate our 30 wedding anniversary. Princeville and Hanalei are to tunnel Beach is my favorite side of island for beauty and activities. You really can't go wrong for the south shores poipu beach for amazing snorkeling and cave reserves and water falls and rope swing. Doable for our whole family. Our home on beautiful golf coarse

We had a positive experience and would recommend this property. It is in a great location and in walking distance from the beach. The house is clean and well furnished and provided enough space for our party of 9 people. We used the outdoors jacuzzi and also played pickle ball nearby at the golf club. We enjoyed the jogging / walking tracks nearby.
