perfect location in kauai!
This is a beautiful, comfortable condo to explore the island from. The unit is immaculate and well equipped, and the property is stunning. The photos and description were spot-on - it exceeded our expectations. Very comforting to have the gated entry and on-site guard. Highly recommend this unit, resort and Kauai Vacation Rentals. We will choose this unit again for our next visit to Kauai.

Excellent servuce. The TV went out one day, I called, and within 30 minutes a man came and verified the problem, and one hour from that a second gentleman came in and installed a new set.

kauai family vacation
The condo was well equipped and as described in the listing and photos. The views were amazing! The grounds were well-maintained. Easy access to food and shopping. It was a great stay and I would recommend this location/condo for families (we have two teenagers so 3 beds, 2 baths and washer/dryer in unit were a godsend!)

amazing stay in lae nani 321!
The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. It’s close to the airport and an easy drive to hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, and so much more. The Marketplace is a few steps away, along with several restaurants and the gorgeous beach. The views are just breathtaking and the pictures do not do it justice. The condo has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs and a cooler. We had an amazing week, and we plan to come back! Lae Nani 321 will be our first choice!

perfect experience, we will return
I cannot say enough about our experience at Lae Nani 321.. It was a girls trip with 50 years of friendship to celebrate. This location could not have not been any better. Kauai Vacation Rentals did us right by finding this location at the last minute. Location was perfect, we were from a very short walking distance to a location of restaurants, shops and stores. It was nice and quiet and people were respectful The view was amazing

perfect getaway!
321 Lae Nani was absolutely perfect for us. It was a beautiful, peaceful location and really convenient to be next to the Coconut Market Place. The condo was pristine, stocked with pool & beach toys and the beds were very comfortable. Best view from the balcony. We would definitely stay there again!

fantastic location
Everything we hoped for and more. We were able to relax and reconnect in an idyllic setting. We made friends at the pickleball courts who were owners. They agreed we stayed at the best unit in the complex. Any issues were promptly addressed by maanagement. We will be returning and bringing our family.. Aloha

beautiful stay and sad to leave
We loved every minute of our stay and have absolutely no complaints. View was spectacular and the condo was clean and comfortable. The bonus was having air conditioning! That was a must along with a washer and dryer. I hope to be back sooner than later. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and lasting memories.

lae nani 321
Magical! This is the second time we have rented this property and would do so again. We appreciate the restfulness and community feel of Lae Nani. It is very laid back so if you are looking for excitement or a party scene this is NOT for you. Walks along the beach, ease of access to both South and North shore plus a short walk to restaurants, farmers market and shopping are all at hand.

absolutely beautiful
Myhusband and I spent glorious days at this condo in Lae Nani. Lae Nani is beautifully maintained and landscaped. I especially loved and enjoyed the large clean pool. The condo itself was wonderfully decorated. The showers were lovely. The bed was dreamy. My favorite part was the gorgeous view of the bay and the beautiful lanai. A real plus was the washer and dryer. With a safeway up the road and the farmer's market at Coconut marketplace, we ate many meals at the large dining room table. We did enjoy the Lava Lava club next door with its delicious food drinks and nightly music. We could not have wished for a more beautiful time and place.

hard to say goodbye!
Wonderful location, price and accommodations. It is hard to find a unit in Kauai with AC but this has it in all rooms. Wonderful view and it was recently renovated with beautiful art, furniture and laundry. The master bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of kitchen items for us to make meals. The grounds are amazingly well kept and stunning. It has great parking and the location makes it easy to go to markets, food and a quick walk to restaurants, bakery and other cute shops. We traveled all over the island but love this area because of its quick access to the airport and both sides of the island. I’ve stayed in other places but this is by far the best at a very good price. Everything went smoothly and without a single issue. Lovely property ����

wonderful!
We were very pleased but extremely disappointed and uncomfortable without air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The condo was great otherwise. We loved the location and proximity to the pool, BBQ, and ocean. The view was great as well. Sleeping is very important so the lack of air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a major dissatisfaction.

another wonderful stay.......
This is the 3rd time I've stayed in this condo. Usually I come with Stacey Love, but brought my family this time and we love the location. loved the location! The property was not as clean as it has been in the past. Lost of visible dust, especially the lighting above the dining table. Living room drapes are loose, hard to open sometimes and need some minor repair. I've rented from Kauai Vac Rentals for years, and it's my go to company. I feel you need to know these thing because I know you value your service as do I.

better than i could have dreamed!
The rental was better, cleaner and more beautiful than I could have hoped for. It was nicer in person then the website showed. The property was well maintained and the gardens/plantings were lovely. Of course, this unit was excellently located, at the end of the unit, close to pool, and beach. But the view was the best thing of all. The sounds and sights made our stay unforgettable.

better than described
Let me say that the listing and photos of this unit do not do it justice. This unit is very nice with with excellent, separate bathrooms in each room, new carpet and a million dollar view from two separate balconies, one of which has seating for six. We encountered two small issues and the management team took care of them right away. The beach and pool are just outside the unit and the grounds are maintained top notch. The unit was clean throughout and the beds were fine. Can't say enough good about this home and the next time we go I wouldn't bother looking at anything else.

vacation dream
Lae Nani was everything we had dreamed of for our family vacation to Kauai. The corner unit with panorama views were stunning day and night. Loved hearing the waves at night and the best part was being steps from the beach and pool. The grounds were gorgeous. We will book again for sure.
