You can enjoy your stay in this beautifully furnished, single-story home located in the upscale Poipu Kai Area of the Resort. Bordered by Shipwreck Beach to the east and Poipu Beach to the west, and joined by wide open green belts, Poipu Kai offers availability to nine tennis courts, a gated swimming pool and spa (currently under construction until the end of August), and 24 hour security on site. The Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Poipu Bay Resort Golf Course are just minutes away.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: the privacy of this superbly appointed vacation home and the availability of the many amenities that comes with your full membership rights at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club during your stay. The state-of-the-art athletic club is a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the home and offers a cardio room, fitness/weight area, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, half basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness classes (nominal charge), pool (wading beach for toddlers, slide for older children) and restaurant. Furnished in a lovely island-Oriental motif, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home boasts many decorator delights. An over-sized, black marble, sunken tub and shower off the master suite, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, an entertainment center, and the tropical garden lanai covered with sweet-smelling jasmine, are just a few of the special offerings of this home.

There's a washer and dryer, extra linens, and beach towels. No maid service. Enjoy the CD player, VCR, two TVs, DVD Player, Gas Barbecue grill, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, private phone, and much more. There are tropical breezes, and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool; no Air Conditioning. The master bedroom has a King bed. A Queen in bedroom #2 with two twins in bedroom #3.

The house is located mid-way between Shipwreck Beach, and Brennecke's Beach, the world-famous body-surfing beach, which is joined by Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach has been featured on the Travel Channel and was been rated the #1 Beach in America. It is perfect for all type of water activities especially snorkeling. Poipu Beach even has a special children's lagoon where the water is not deeper than three feet. All beaches can be reached within a five-minute walk through the tropical gardens of Poipu Kai.

 We enjoyed this home because it has lots of room, it's in an excellent neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, we went on nice walks and there is good equipment in the garage.  Our family likes the large space, it allows everyone to have their own space when needed. Kauai Vacation Rentals was great, the arrival packet was at the rental car, house was ready for arrival and athletic club membership was all set up.

Poipu Kai is so convenient to the beaches, to top food at the Hyatt, a pool, lovely lanai. Everything you want on your vacation. Plenty of room for 6 people. Lovely!

Our family of five adults spent a week here and couldn't have been more pleased! This lovely home was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies and BBQ to beach towels,beach chairs and umbrellas. The location was perfect for us--quiet and private, yet an easy walk to beaches or pool via a paved pathway through a grassy commons just off the patio. Poipu and the surrounding area has much to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are searching for a spacious home in a quiet tropical setting, Hula Heaven should be at the top of your list. Located in a perfect location between Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach has lifeguards overseeing the large protected children swim area and adjacent snorkeling site. The home is located on a greenbelt with walking path with no road noise or traffic. The 50+ feet of large windows provides an open view of the tropical plants and palm trees tropical with a mountains in the background. The design of the home seperates the bedrooms away from the large kitchen and living area. Great for those early to bed and early to rise that have a different daily schedule than other guests. The home is well equipped from potato peeler to the latest Tommy Bahama Beach chairs will large fluffy beach towels. After a day of exploring or whale watching or enjoying the beach relax on the large lanai with your favorite drink.....enjoy

We just returned from spending 2 weeks at this beautiful home and can't say enough about it.What a special place! We really liked the open floor plan and the airiness and spaciousness. We loved the many windows facing the lanai and green space outside. The kitchen was well appointed and the laundry room with drying rack for swimsuits was great. We enjoyed many dinners out on the lanai watching the palm trees sway in the breeze or gazing up at the stars. The green space just outside the garden area was wonderful for the kids to play in. We really enjoyed the foot path right off the property and went on many morning and evening walks. We loved being so close to the Grand Hyatt and the beaches.      We feel so lucky to have stayed here and hope to return one day!
