Description

The Cliffs 4-207 at Princeville is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped condo with spectacular views from 2 private lanais. Perched on a cliff above the Pacific, you can enjoy watching magnificent whales in the winter with playful dolphins and colorful birds all year round. The kitchen has granite counter tops, appliances, as well as cooking and dining essentials. This accommodation features a washer and dryer and has 2 flat screen TVs and complementary Wi-Fi. This condo has a wonderful king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

This condo is in Building 4 of The Cliffs resort complex, which has wonderful grounds and many amenities, including a tropical pool and spa, tennis courts, playground and BBQ areas. A supermarket, gas station, restaurants and other shopping are nearby at the Princeville Center.

Activities nearby include beaches for swimming and snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, golf and helicopter tours.

The condo was just as advertised, it’s a very nice, clean, well equipped unit in an absolutely beautiful location, we loved it. The rental company was excellent to deal with, very professional and communicated everything to us in advance. We would highly recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we are returning locals to the island and needed something close to family and our favorite spots..this was it! The condo is clean, convenient and easily accessible. I own a cleaning company and have high standards, I couldn't find any neglect in this rental and can't wait to return when we visit family again. The price alone is incredible for the north shore :)

Great condo, larger than expected with a sizable covered balcony. Appreciated having bikes to use to ride around and check out the Princeville area. Located conveniently to Hanalei for shopping and meals out. We'd stay here again!

We really enjoy our spot at the Cliffs. We have a view of whales and various birds from our balcony and access to a lovely pool and BBQ area. We also really enjoy the chairs out on the cliff's edge.

Accommodations were perfect. Loved the 2 bathrooms which most 1 bedrooms only have 1. Only 2 of us so it was very spacious. W/D in the unit was also a bonus. Nice ocean view and grounds are well kept. BBQs very clean and tidy. Loved this unit.

We rented the spacious one bedroom two bath unit and it had a very nice layout. We could open the windows to the patio near the living room and also the patio doors to the balcony of the bedroom and have air passing through the unit that kept it cool. There was an air conditioner unit in the master bedroom but we never had to use it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. There is a full-size refrigerator and plenty of More than four people. This is an older unit and not maintained as a timeshare. It needs some work as far as painting, replacing doors, and perhaps more comfortable furniture. Our son traded a timeshare into a unit in another building and we visited him and the lighting was much better and the furniture was much more substantial. I would really recommend these owners to add additional lighting over the couch in the living room, and perhaps in the bedroom. There was no place to really sit and read inside the unit we had to go outside to get enough light to read a book.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this rental unit. The living areas and master bedroom were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the location of this unit was within easy walking distance to the pool. The condo was very clean, with a little bit of wear and tear that naturally happens in a tropical environment. I also want to thank the staff at the property management office. I had a few questions before our visit, and their responses were always friendly and thorough.

Well I have mixed feelings. The place was fine but I felt completely deceived. The picture I saw left me to believe I was right on the water with nothing between me and the ocean, that was certainly not true. If I zoomed my camera in I could get this same picture but that was not a true view. This was my dream vacation and I wasn't close to the ocean and there was a building between me and the ocean as well. I would never trust renting from you again nor would I give your name to my friends. I have never stayed this far away from the ocean.

Peaceful, relaxing, perfect view. This property is immaculately landscaped, was quiet, and this particular unit had a great view! Loved having 2 full bathrooms, a/c in bedroom, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and a great lanai with an ocean and garden view. Parking was also close to the unit. It is an older property and needs a few minor repairs: kitchen screen, bathtub needs refinishing, bedroom lanai lock-frozen- couldn't access, sprayer on kitchen faucet broken, and a few other minor things. We didn't spend much time in the unit, so really didn't matter to us. We only visited the pool once and the water could have been cleaner.

This was our first trip to Kauai. We had a fabulous time. The property is clean and welcoming. Plenty of space the rooms. The owners were good. I do wish there would have been some of the basics such as spices, plastic wrap etc. But over all, I would stay again.

We had a great time at the Cliffs 4-207. The unit was well furnished, has a peekaboo view of the ocean, and everything you need in the kitchen. The property has great amenities. The only downside is the size of the pool area. Don't expect for there to be any spices or left behind non perishable kitchen items. This is not a negative but only for information. Many units I have rented in the past have them. Many great beaches close by. Recommend this property. Kauai Vacation Rentals was great to work with as well.

This rental was great for our 8 day stay in Kauai. Great location with a lanai that had ocean views. Walk down to the cliffs overlooking the ocean for an awesome sunset (off to the left). The bed in the master was very comfortable and the a/c in the master was nice. Some of the decor could use a little updating, and a fan in the living area would make a world of difference, but it was clean and location was awesome! Short drive to Hanalei for some shops, dining, and a great beach.

Great facility, great unit, great amenities.

Loved the space, the lanai, the location, the view for morning breakfasts and walking around the grounds and the surrounding area. Location-wise, local park, golf course path, access to local beaches, grocery store and ice cream (very important) - all easy short drives and walkable if you're in the mood.
Used one of the outdoor BBQs, swam in the pools every day, played tennis multiple times. Nothing was missing, in my estimation.

The teams at Kauai Vacation Rentals and the on-grounds people at The Cliffs were all great, too.

Would absolutely stay here again.

The Cliffs condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well-equipped with all kitchen equipment and even beach towels and chairs. The nightly trip to watch the sunset on the Cliffs was wonderful!

The Cliffs was the perfect place to stay. The property was beautiful with a fitness center, tennis courts, waterfall pool and hot tub. The condo was spacious with a full kitchen and two lanais (one overlooking the ocean). Location is close to all
major points of interest by car. Wonderful stay!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It's a huge space, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two large lanais. The whole property is stunning. There are also food trucks by the common area most evenings. The condo has beach chairs and beach towels which we used and enjoyed! We cannot wait to go back to Kauai and I would love to stay at the Cliffs again. Highly recommend.

I thought the owners did A great job with the Decor, this unit was much nicer than I had anticipated,the views were fantastic we saw Whales spouting from the back porch, we enjoyed the amenities at the complex, the pool was great, heated Jacuzzi was cookin hot, and this was A great place for our one week on Kauai, I wish we could have stayed longer.The Cliffs Complex is located near some great beaches and although there was no beach access from the property itself, we were only minutes from excellent snorkeling and crazy good Surf beaches. Anini Beach was A great snorkeling beach and swim beach even on the rough surf days, and then there was Kalihiwai Bay, What an incredible Surfing Bay, definitely for the more experienced Surfers, But fun to watch for us tourist slackers!! The Princeville area is definitely one of the best areas on the Island, I forgot to mention Hanalei Bay, great fun, food, and Surf, and Views!!

This was our second time staying at the Cliffs and our first in this unit. The current photos on VRBO do not match the unit. It looks like there have been some updates done to the unit and there are now wood floors throughout and updated appliances in the kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised! This unit was clean and located in a building just across from the pool. It has a nice ocean view. We loved opening the fridge to find bottles of water and some snacks after our late arrival to the island. There are beach chairs and an umbrella available to use too! We loved eating on the lanai every morning and enjoyed the visits from curious birds anxious to scoop up any crumbs dropped by our toddlers. This unit really felt like our home away from home and it is so close to everything that the north shore of Kauai has to offer! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic three weeks on this beautiful island and at The Cliffs. The condo was even better than photos and the new beach chairs were a bonus. This was our third visit and we hope to return again next year to relax and enjoy more of this gorgeous island's hospitality and breath taking sites... Mahalo and Aloha!!

Nice view of the ocean from the back porch. Updated granite and appliances in the kitchen. Kauai is our favorite island. Our first visit was 1995 and we have returned about 15 times since.

This our second visit to Kauai and we loved our stay at the Cliffs. Great location on the north shore. The unit was spacious, very well appointed and had a beautiful view from the lanai. The pool and recreational areas were also great. Can't wait to be back!!
