great 2 bedroom condo
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It's location was just 5 mins from the airport and you could easily walk to get food and coffee. The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. There is A/C is the downstairs area and the 2 bedrooms upstairs but the full bathroom can get a little hot & humid especially after showers. A 2 bedroom condo is so much more practical for our family (w/2 young adult children) as it gives the ability to spread out, plus having a kitchen area was great as we packed lunches most days since we did a lot of hiking.

lovely stay
Nicely furnished and supplied 2-story condo. Furniture and art was particularly nice. Kitchen well equipped. Walk to beach and restaurants, pool was a treat with a great view.

lovely small apartment in a large complex
Cozy but enough space for a family of 4. Kitchen very well equipped. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys provided - nice touch! Very convenient to the airport and stores, which is not a small point as some parts of the island are an hour + from all that. Overall - a good base from which to explore. Not luxurious, but clean, comfortable has everything your family needs. Recommend!

april in lihue
I was here for one week of mixed vacation and business. This was a great place to stay. The condo was well maintained. All the appliances worked well. It was a super convenient location for seeing the island - about 50 minutes to Waimea canyon and about the same to get to the Na Pali coast. If you are looking for a great view, it does not have that. But you are a 3-5 minute walk from the beach. There is a nearby mall (3-5 minute walk) with restaurants and souvenirs nearby. Costco and target are less than five minutes by car. price wise - it was definitely cheaper than the Royal Sonesta hotel across the street where my business convention was being held. I did have one minor hiccup with check-in but that was quickly resolved. I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this VRBO.

our enjoyable stay in lihue
We recently spent a week at this beautiful condo. There was four of us. Our morning started with us enjoying our coffee on the balcony and whale watching. Sometimes if we were lucky we would also see sea turtles. Our condo was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and we had a positive experience. We would recommend a rental car to see other parts of Kauai. Kauai is very beautiful. We will be back. Aloha

great location - comfortable accomodation
Banyan Harbor is just a short way from the airport. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The coffee provided was a treat. The management company was quick to respond when I realized I'd left a jacket that they found and will send.

nice property
The condo was very clean and just what we needed for our one week stay. It was conveniently located to our relative’s home in Lihue. I was also walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo complex was quiet and the staff on site were very helpful and friendly. We would rent this condo again.

another wonderful stay in paradise
Would definitely stay at this property again, it was perfect for my unit was very well appointed and nice and clean!I wasn't sure about the location, ( thought it might be too noisy..) but it actually turned out to be great. Would definitely recommend Banyon Harbor!

good location and spacious enough for 4
Stayed here for 8 nights in July. Great location to visit the island, beautiful beach across the street. Good amenities although A/C working on a timer is weird. Thoughtful goodie bag and we also loved the fact that there were brach chairs and sunshade available for us in the apartment

beautiful condo on kauai!
This condo was clean, well-maintained, very welcoming and provided very useful amenities such as air conditioning, washer/dryer, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. It was in the perfect location for travelling all over the entire island, and also conveniently located close to the airport and a local, swimmable beach. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this condo and thie company!

wonderful location
Very good place, it was very nice location. We loved watching the big ships come into port.
The only thing that we found is that they did not have sharp knifes. We cooked most of our meals, well stocked kitchen.

Unit was as described. Well equipped kitchen. Well stock with bath and beach towels. Unit has everything you needed for the beach, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Kiki the concierge was fantastic. Close to Costco, Walmart and Target. Good location, easy to access all Kauai had to offer. Would book again.

wonderful rental
Central location within walking distance of restaurants, stores & a beach. Only downside is the air conditioners were on a timer and shut off randomly at night. We eventually figured out how to adjust. Would stay there again.

Banyan Harbor is an excellent place to stay. The location is central to everything you'll be doing on the island. The property is very well maintained and very quiet (except for the roosters of course!). The unit we stayed in was well maintained and we didn't experience any negative encounters. Would definitely stay there again.

banyon harbor the best
Banyon Harbor has everything you need. It's your home but on Kauai....all of the amenities of home, but a block from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful with any question you may have. All of Lihue is just minutes away. You don't need anything else.

banyan harbor 2022
Our overall stay was great. The property is clean. The condo was equip with all the things we needed during our stay. Furnitures are great. Location is perfect. This condo is close to everything. Costco, target, Walmart, restaurant, abc store, food trucks, beach, and all grocery stores are close by .
The only thing the condo needs is more lights . It was a little dim, specially the living room dinning room area . Remove the big armoire for the tv (takes too much room). Thank you for the beautiful condo. We had a great time in kaui and created beautiful memories.

well appointed condo
The unit was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The location close to shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. It was also nice having a pool. The only drawback was the throngs of visitors when the cruise ships arrived.

kauai vacation
This rental was nicely equipped with everything you’d need including the small things like zip lock bags, paper plates & plastic cutlery. We had a rental vehicle and explored the area. It’s a great location to venture out from to enjoy the south and west side of the island. It’s close to drive to Costco/target & Walmart to get supplies. There’s a nice beach across the road with crosswalks to safely cross. There’s also an ABC across the road. I would stay in this unit again. Not all units at Banyan Harbour are the same but I would recommend this particular unit ��

We had a great time at Banyan harbor. The condos are well-equipped, including beach umbrellas and towels. We really appreciated the washing machine, as hiking in Kaua'i are muddy.

a great jumping off point to explore the whole island!
Me and 3 other friends stayed here for 8 days and it had everything we needed, including all the necessary beach gear (umbrella, beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and snorkel gear). Kitchen was well stocked! Beds were firm but comfortable. AC in every room was so nice to have! And we loved having laundry in unit. We wanted to stay in Lihue so we could be equal driving distances all the way north Hanalei, as well as all the way west to Waimea Canyon, and were very happy with the location. I saw some reviews that said there was noise from the ship harbor or being close to the airport but I never noticed it at night and it never bothered any of us. The beach nearby was quiet and the water was calm there, if we didn't want to venture out for a beach day. Would definitely recommend!

cute, clean condo in a great location
This condo was comfortable, clean and decorated in cute Hawaiian decor. We were provided good, clear instructions and and an added bonus of tips for dining and things to do. I would highly recommend for a small group of family to stay.

wonderful home away from home for my family!
We loved our Banyon Harbor experience. The unit is beautiful, fully equipped with all kitchen supplies necessary, and also stocked with body boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. Washer and dryer was especially helpful after Long Beach days! The breezes were great but when we needed them, the air conditioners kept the unit so cool we ran them only sporadically. Great shops, restaurants, food trucks (5 min walk) and a great beach (10 minute walk) nearby. My only suggestion would be to replace both sliding screen doors; they just don’t want to stay on the tracks. Would definitely stay here again!

will be staying here again!!
The rental was absolutely incredible! It was clean, location was the best ever and the management was perfect. We were across from great restaurants, stores and a fantastic beach. We were within minutes of Costco and Walmart. Everything in the place worked perfectly. We did have 1 broken beach chair. We went and got a new one and was reimbursed without any troubles. I didn't look for reimbursement, but they wanted to. I was shocked how management/staff were so accommodating. The others around the rental were quiet at night and very friendly. Without a doubt when we go back to Kauai, we will be staying there again!
