Description

Located on the edge of a bluff on Kauai's breathtaking North Shore, this spacious condo is an oceanfront paradise. Its ground floor location offers a full ocean view so you can enjoy nature's show as the sea life goes by. Directly below is "turtle reef" where sea turtles can often be seen floating on the gentle swells.

Decorated in comfortable Hawaiian style, you'll have ringside seats from every room when the whales (seasonal) and dolphins delight you with their spectacular show or when rainbows bridge sea to sky.

Should you feel able to pull yourself away from the awesome, ever-changing ocean view, the tiled kitchen is complete with all your needs.

Watch the sunrise and sunset from the master bedroom, comfortably furnished with a king size bed, reading lamps and an easy chair for lazy days. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a mirrored closet reflecting the ocean.

Princeville is such a fun place to vacation. There are award-winning golf courses and if you feel like some tennis, the Princeville Tennis facility will help you with matches, lessons or drills.

Activities nearby include: kayaking, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, fishing, boat tours, seasonal swimming, snorkeling, wind surfing and surfing.

We loved the views from the patio. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Loved the Washer/Dryer. We did many hikes to beautiful places, visited the botanical gardens and Haena State Park. And eating Poke!

We enjoyed 13 nights at Alii Kai 4-102 in Princeville. The condo was nice but what made our visit so nice was all the comforts of home made available by Kauai Vacation Rentals. Everything from bathroom tissue to dish liquid was at the condo. We asked for beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels and they were at the condo when we arrived. To top it off I dropped a ring in the closet without knowing - the housekeeper turned it in immediately and I was notified before I left the airport. Thank you Kauai Vacation Rentals for a wonderful vacation!

Really great views! We enjoyed each day by waking to an amazing sunrise followed by whale watching and beautiful albatrosses right from our bedrooms and patio! NeNe's walk up to the door to greet us and we are sure not to feed the friendly birds on the island. The full moonrise from the ocean was spectacular! The condo is well equipped with loads of great amenities! Beach towels, FRISBEES, coolers and ice packs, games, books and local guide books. As a chef the kitchen is well eguipped and the outdoor BBQ was very nice. The addition of dish soap & laundry detergent shows the attention to detail the owners have for your comfort. Great stay! I'll be back!

This Is our second trip to Kawai, and the best one ever! The accommodations were so comfortable and the views can’t be beat. It’s a perfect place to stay in the north shore. We’d love to return for a third time.

This property was in a beautiful setting. It was so nice sometimes we didn't feel the need to leave the vacation house to explore the beautiful island! It was well stocked: everything needed for a day at the beach, washer and dryer, books and games, Hawaiian music, and a well stocked kitchen. We left an important item at the condo, and it was personally driven down to the rental office from Princeville to Lihue for us to pick up. That level of customer service is something we'll always remember and appreciate. The view from the patio is gorgeous. We fell asleep each night to the washing waves and awoke each morning to a beautiful sunrise. We would love to come back one day. Thank you for being part of our vacation experience and making it so memorable.

Great unit, great view, close to some hikes. Nice breeze, sometimes a little too much. It was nice to have the chairs and beach umbrella. The kitchen had what you needed.<br/> The road north is closed for construction, which caused traffic issues, to the point we could not get to the shopping center at the entrance. But you just had to time leaving properly. We would recommend the unit.

Condo in great position with beautiful ocean. Quiet and easy access without steps for those with mobility issues. Very well equipped kitchen. Ideal place to chill out. Lots of parking so no need to fight for spaces close to condo. Furniture is comfortable and in good condition. TV was a bit small for those of us used to a big screen but you do not come to Kauaʻi to watch tv.

Upon entering the unit I could hear the waves and see the most amazing view through the sliding glass doors, but it was interrupted by the smell of must and moisture. I have been spending my vacations in Kauai for over 10 years, and this is the first unit to smell this way. Outside of that, the unit is outdated, but you can tell it is well managed and kept up. It had beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and plenty of kitchen utensils. There are no spices or anything like that, so you may want to plan accordingly. Overall, we loved the unit and would book it again. The staff was excellent to deal with and getting the key was not that bad, only 5 minutes from the airport.
