Plenty of room to enjoy

The beds were comfortable and it was great that they were all kings. Area features we liked were Pua Poa and Anini beaches, Lapperts in Princeville, Hanalei Dolphin.
Improvements: A/C? In the afternoon the house was pretty warm ( it cooled down overnight). I didn’t think highs around 77 would feel that hot. The cooktop has seen better days.

Reviewed on 2024-10-31 by Susan D. , San Clemente, CA United StatesThe house was well equiped in every sense, including beach toys, chairs, beach towels, board game and books. And bicycle can be rented by phone and delivered to your door if reservations are made by 5 pm the night before.
Only critic is although the BBQ is listed as an amenitie, don't expect to be able to use it. The grills were corroded with rust that needed a professional cleaning or replacement. But definiately not a deal breaker. We would love to make this our home away from home on the next trip to Kauai.

Kauai Princeville House Rental

It took some getting used to not having AC, but I knew this when I booked. Overall- a perfect family vacation that exceeded all of our expectations! An Amazing Stay in Princeville/Hanalei

The primary room was on the second floor adjacent to a very large covered deck. This is where we spent most of our time taking in the views of Hanalei Bay or watching the magnificent sunsets. The location of the property was perfect. Located in a small enclave of similar well maintained homes, the Ohana Hale property providing convenient access to everything we needed.
First and foremost, the surrounding amenities were exceptional. We were just a short distance away from shopping centers, where we could easily find anything we needed. Whether it was groceries, souvenirs, or other essentials, we were able to find everything without any hassle. Additionally, the variety of dining options in the area was impressive. We indulged in some delicious local cuisine and had the opportunity to try different restaurants every night. The proximity to the beaches was another highlight. We had the luxury of visiting multiple stunning beaches in the area, and each one was more breathtaking than the last. The convenience of having access to these beautiful beaches made our stay even more enjoyable.
Furthermore, the accessibility to other resorts in the area was a major plus. We were able to explore and experience different resorts nearby, taking advantage of their amenities and activities. It added a sense of adventure and allowed us to make the most of our time in Princeville/Hanalei.
Overall, I cannot recommend this vacation home enough. The location was unbeatable, with a wide range of amenities, easy access to shopping and dining, and proximity to stunning beaches and other resorts. It truly made our stay unforgettable.

Perfect Getaway

So much space; it comfortably fit 4 grown men and could have fit a couple more. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. You're close to some of the nicer hotels and a lot of activities. Tons of beaches around. I highly recommend staying here!

Paradise Found!!!

We had a fantastic time riding bikes, going for scenic walks and of course heading to the beach while we were staying at the Ramatici Ohana Hale House. The house is huge with an absolutely priceless lanai overlooking Bali Hai where we enjoyed our Mai Tai's each evening. Everything you need to relax is here, just bring your bathing suit. We are already looking forward to our next vacation at this wonderful destination property.
We just finished staying a week at the Ramatici Ohana Hale in Princeville, and could not have had a better time. The house is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. The property is tucked into an exclusive neighborhood where the house is a shining star. Beautifully landscaped gardens where we enjoyed our coffee (Kona Blend) each morning as we listened to the island birds serenade us. We often took leisurely walk around the golf courses and trails easily reached right from the house. We extended our adventures each day to discover new and exciting destinations such as Hideaway Beach and the Princeville Community Center where we enjoyed a drop-in Yoga class. We planned to eat out more often, but with the well appointed kitchen and The Foodland grocery store so close by, we often ended up picking something up to BBQ on the backyard grill and just kick back “Island Style”. Upstairs is a lovely lanai that we enjoyed each afternoon with our Mai Tai’s . From there we enjoyed beautiful island vistas to include island palm and pine trees, and a nice view of Bali Hai. If you are looking for an island destination that has it all, this is definitely the place. I know we will be coming back next year.
The views were just spectacular

It's located a short walk from hideaway beach (where we experienced great snorkeling) and literally right next door to the tennis courts and swimming pool (which was always empty when we went there). One evening we took some bikes and cycled the very short distance to the St. Regis for a few cocktails and to watch the sunset, which I'd definitely recommend. My favorite part of the house was definitely the Lanai. The views were just spectacular from there and as the wet bar is right beside it, it makes for the perfect place to sit out and have a few drinks after a long day on the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

The newly updated home encapsulates the Aloha spirit with thoughtful amenities and plenty of room to relax and unwind. The two-story open floor plan is designed to comfortably accommodate families, couples and groups of friends. As you enter the bright and airy home, the large living room spreads out to the left.
