Perfect condo for our family

The beach towels, beach toys, and chairs were plentiful and handy to pick up and go. The condo was clean and the location was perfect for small children. Thanks to Marcy for her hospitality!
Family wedding turned out great

Very quiet location right on the beach

Layout of the unit was great. location, space was great for the first time to this island after visiting Oahu and Maui. Kauai Vacation Rentals did very well, we really liked the app and it was great to pick up the house keys at the car rental agency.
Remote, spacious, well stocked condo

The cheaper price, ability to cook, and having more space were all reasons to choose this vacation rental. We came to Kauai to go hiking, relax, and to enjoy the remoteness of the island. Everyone was very friendly here.
Well equipped kitchen

Beach front quiet and secure condo

The ability to prepare our own meals, more economical then hotels, to come and go on your own schedule were all great reasons to stay here. Kauai Vacation Rentals were Perfect! Super responsive when needed. We love Kauai and have been here ten times. The luau at the Kilohana Plantation is a Las Vegas quality show.
Thoughtful owners made this a great place to stay

Access to Lydgate Park was awesome and close-but not too close-to airport also was wonderful. Loved the resort and would stay here again. We plan to be back!
Quiet well maintained complex

Homey feel so close to the water

Well decorated beach theme home away from home

The wooden plaques with calming aqua and sand colors, ocean pictures and glass sculptures and lamps in the master bedroom were a lovely touch. And the view from the master was wonderful.
The guidebooks, videos, and books were appreciated too. I read two and left two.
Lydgate beach was so close

We spent a lot of time on the beach as it was so close and easy access. Lydgate beach was so close and a great easy place to snorkel or just swim. We just walked down everyday and played on the beach. We really enjoyed our time there. It went too fast.

Stroll along miles of uncrowded white sand beach and lush tropical landscaping with coconut palms rustling in the gentle trade winds.
Come & enjoy the quiet privacy of this intimate condominium on beautiful Kauai's Royal Coconut Coast. This lovely condo is centrally located on the island with restaurants, shopping, golf and incredible beaches nearby. Just minutes away are Wailua River and the charming town of Kapa'a.
This condo is just steps across the lawn from a beautiful uncrowded beach. If you follow the foot / bike path that runs between the condo and the beach to the south, you arrive at Lydgate State Park beach (about a 5-7 minute walk). Here you will find two sheltered lagoons perfect for kids, as well as great sheltered snorkeling. Also at the park is a fantastic playground. Walking north along the foot path you find Kamalani playground -- a giant community-built play structure. Kids just LOVE this playground.
The condo grounds are quiet, secluded and perfect for a romantic getaway. If you are a golfer, you will find Wailua Golf Course right next door! This is a beautiful ocean front public course (reasonably priced) which is rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation.
As for the condo itself, it is a 2-story - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom is upstairs and has an ocean view. The downstairs bedroom has a King bed and a bathroom as well.
The kitchen has everything you need (just add groceries). There is a phone for local calls and WiFi internet in the condo. The private lanai overlooks the ocean and has a table and chairs great for relaxing or outside dining. This condo is, of course, strictly non-smoking.
On the shared grounds of Kaha Lani are a swimming pool, putting green, tennis courts and two gas barbeques. The complex has a laundry facility with washers and dryers for your use as well.
The Garden Island is beautiful and exotic so come enjoy the paradise of Kauai and this lovely condo.
