I recently stayed here for 11 days with a friend and we were very happy with everything. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and the beds were comfortable! Plenty of hot water and the water pressure was great.

There were two or more beach chairs, about half a dozen beach towels, and beach umbrellas and toys. The lanai has two simple chairs and a small table. The living room was very comfortable, and while the stools at the kitchen counter were not comfortable, we just sat elsewhere.

It was January and we had no need for air-conditioning so that was not an issue. It is a condo so we could hear the tenants upstairs footsteps, and one group was very loud on their feet even late into the night. Plus, you have roosters crowing right outside. Lol. I brought earplugs and used them. This would not be much different from one unit to another.

I had really wanted a view and while we didn’t really have a view from our unit we were able to walk down the row of condos to where there are community Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean, and I sat there every morning after breakfast. The whales are present in January, and I saw whales just off the coast almost every morning! I personally did not try the path down to the ocean, as the water down there looked very rough and the path a bit treacherous. Please be aware that there are cliffs that are not really marked or blocked, if you have kids with you, make sure you know locate those.
I would stay here again.

Parking was easy, and the location very convenient. The only negative about Princeville is there aren’t many restaurants or food trucks so we generally had to plan for dinner before we got all the way back to Princeville each day.

Location and area were nice and suiting us. Appartment is in an elderly building. We liked the living room, overall cleanliness, and good internet connection. We disliked that there is no real door between master bedroom and attached bath room, and there had been a stronger smell in the master bedroom so we kept windows open. Besides that everything else was ok and worked perfectly.

I have always stayed in the Princeville/Hanelei area when I visit Kauai and this condo was just what I needed for a peaceful and restful vacation. I hope to stay here again my next vacation!

This condo supplied everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. Very quiet and relaxing.

Absolutely perfect!

The unit was very nice and well equipped. It's just that it's on the bottom floor and you could hear the people on the top floor walking around. Very noisy.

This place is phenomenal! It was clean, well kept, and comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful as well. Simply an amazing place to come home to after a day of exploration on the beautiful island of Kauai.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out was simple and the property is clean and well maintained. Nice and quiet, good breeze, comfortable all around!

We had an amazing stay. The VRBO is very nice, clean, well stocked, everything is modern and updated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we could not come up with a single complaint if pressed. The location is great and you can see the ocean from the dining room and a close walk to the bluffs to watch for whales, watch sunrise/sunset. Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay in princeville. Close to the water, saw whales jumping from the cliffs, and very quiet and safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend.
