Puakea, located in Lihue, is open to the public as a daily fee course and is more economical than other courses on the island. It is built on over 200 acres of historic property, which was formerly a sugarcane plantation. As you play, you see volcanic cliffs, huge ravines, and plush tropical vegetation!
Following an extensive renovation in 2003, there is also a state-of-the-art practice facility, complete with a driving range, putting green, and ample short-game practice area.
