 Nihi Kai 802 is tastefully decorated giving a restful, homelike feel to this condo. It just feels like a great place to stretch out, relax and enjoy one's vacation. It is equipped with a TV and VCR and a well-stocked bookcase. Off the living room is a deck with views of the beautifully landscaped grounds, the ocean in the distance and a western exposure for gorgeous sunsets. Located in the highest part of the complex and away from traffic noises, breakfast on the deck in the fresh morning air is a real treat. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with bougainvillea and other tropical plants.

|  All the rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and stove/oven. The dining area has an attractive, glass topped bamboo table, which comfortably seats six. The entire unit gives a feeling of relaxed comfort.

|  The master bedroom has a new and comfortable queen-size bed. There is a walk-in closet and dressing area and bathroom with tub/shower. The two twin beds also have new and comfortable mattresses that can be made into a king bed if desired. Its location in the Nihi Kai complex provides a quiet and peaceful environment, no traffic noises nearby, just the twittering of the birds to ease you into the day.

|  The Nihi Kai Villas is located across Brennecke's and Poipu Beach Park and is a quick walk away. Poipu Beach has a number of great swimming and surfing areas and a protected pond making a calm place for children to swim. Brennecke's Beach is well known for its excellent body/boogie board surfing. Or, if you prefer, there are 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool and a paddle tennis area.

|  Across the street is the Casa d'Amici Restaurant serving great Italian cuisine. Within a 5-minute drive are a number of other excellent restaurants, shopping, and the Kiahuna Plantation and Poipu Bay golf courses. All the other activities of Kauai, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, sailing in the sunset, etc. are all nearby.
