This lovely condo is centrally located on the island with restaurants, shopping, golf and incredible beaches nearby. Just minutes away are the Wailua River and the charming town of Kapa'a.This condo is just steps across the lawn from a beautiful uncrowded beach. If you follow the foot / bike path that runs between the condo and the beach to the south, you arrive at Lydgate State Park beach (about a 5-7 minute walk). Here you will find two sheltered lagoons perfect for kids, as well as great sheltered snorkeling. Also at the park is a fantastic playground. Walking north along the foot path you find Kamalani playground -- a giant community-built play structure. Kids just LOVE this playground.
The condo grounds are quiet, secluded and perfect for a romantic getaway. If you are a golfer, you will find Wailua Golf Course right next door! This is a beautiful ocean front public course (reasonably priced) which is rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation.
As for the condo itself, it is a 2-story - 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a convertible sofa. The master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom is upstairs and has an ocean views. The downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom as well. The sofa in the living room also folds out into a double bed. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room and a TV in each bedroom.
The kitchen has everything you need (just add groceries). There is a phone for local calls, WiFi internet in the condo and a washer/dryer for your use as well. The private lanai overlooks the ocean and has a table and chairs great for relaxing or outside dining. This condo is, of course, strictly non-smoking.
On the shared grounds of Kaha Lani are a swimming pool, putting green, tennis courts, two gas barbeques, and additional laundry facilities.
The Garden Island is beautiful and exotic so come enjoy the paradise of Kauai and this lovely condo.
