Property Description

This is a condo large enough for a big family. There are three bedrooms - one with twin beds - a huge living, dining and kitchen area, and it's on the ground floor, steps from the beach. Lae Nani, built in a coconut grove at the edge of the ocean, is a plantation-style resort featuring wood-sided, three-story, walk-up buildings.

Though located on the ground floor, this condo features unusually high ceilings, which add to the airy feeling of large windows and patios, white-tiled floors and spaciousness. The kitchen could feed a crowd with seating at a long dining room table.

Lae Nani is located on Kauai's east side, seven miles from Lihu`e Airport, near Kapa`a. Known as the Coconut Coast, this area is celebrated for its groves of old-growth coconut palms and the hard-shelled fruit that falls from their branches. Beautiful beaches line the east shore. At Lae Nani, a choice between a large, oceanfront pool and the ocean is available.

Shopping, restaurants and markets are easily accessible. The Coconut Marketplace, a shopping center with shops and restaurants is within walking distance. More shops and restaurants are located in Kapa`a and Lihu`e. The nearby Wailua River is a popular kayaking destination, barges offer river tours, an old Hawaiian Village is close by as are several long-playing luau shows.
