Activities nearby: Nearby beaches are excellent for seasonal swimming, snorkeling and surfing. Hiking trails up the Na Pali Coast are available. A short drive to the quaint town of Hanalei with shopping and dining. Another 5 minutes to Princeville with more shops, dining and nightly entertainment. Princeville also has horse back riding, tennis courts and a Robert Trent Hones, Jr. designed golf course, which has been voted one of the ten best in the U.S.A.
